I bought one and it was complete garbage. The only way to stop a backlash was spool tension to where it supposed to be +2 turns. Guess how well it casted like that. Got rid of it and tried the SLX DC and it worked just fine. Individual bad reel? Possibly. They're ok but they don't hold a candle to the Diawa Tatula SV TWS. Those reels are smoother and more consistent.

Sweet man I miss fishing the chick river and the lake I have been back in Pa for over a year now and I still miss it everyday I loved staying at Rockahock and getting to fish there everyday after work. One other question is I have several kinds of soft swimbaits also I have Shad type paddle tails and bluegill type in wedge tails also I have Nessie cull Shad’s and the unloaded Bass Mafia on a 7/0 beast hook but can you throw those in summer months as well as colder months like using those bass mafia on the 7/0 to throw around lay downs ?
