Is anyone having yellow/orange diarrhea while fasting?

I have had diarrhea twice while on a 3 day fast. Is that normal? Is it from the salt intake

UPDATE: June 2024 we just caught 34 this week, was so pleased with the results last year & this year so far that I ordered 2 more, I wish you could buy the basin separately but I use a wheel barrel filled with water to get rid of the pests, our Red Tailed hawks, buzzards & Owls love to eat them.

Agreed, the Keto creamy cauliflower soup by Progresso is not good. However, the Keto creamy tomato is excellent and full of flavor. I don't think it's fair to only review one of the flavors, especially when giving a bad review. In addition, I get so sick of cauliflower on the Keto diet, the last thing I want is cauliflower soup. There is cauliflower in the creamy tomato, but you can't taste it at all. I highly recommend the creamy tomato!

Ozempic is the solution. Different people have different GLP-1 set points.

If you cannot find the one with the central pin, you can just remove the silicone of the old one and replace it with the silicone in the new one. When I went Keto back in August last year, and I've done it before, but this time I'm giving it 110%, I felt amazing at first. Almost too happy, I was so hyper happy, it was great.
