I'm pleasantly surprised. I agree with Seven of Nine as #2 and Jadzia Dax as #1. So I can't argue with those choices. WELL DONE!

I feel that the 1976 film Robin and Marian is worth mentioning. This film breaks down and examines Robin Hood as a human being, who has grown older, yet still behaves as if he were in his prime, when that isn't so. This ultimately ends in his downfall, and the end of his career as a crusader. It's not only a darker take on the Robin Hood, but it is a deconstruction of the legend, but of the swashbuckler genre in general. I bring this up just to point out that, the deconstruction of heroes is much older than it appears. Also, this version of Robin Hood is based on a version of the ballads of the character, in which he does meet his end and is eventually buried.

I always liked Jennifer Hetrick who played the character Vash on Next Generation.

mmm.... here is mine 1: blade runner 2: Alien 3: The duellists 4: Gladiator 5: black hawk down Blade runner AND alien are really master pieces, considering the time period especially. The guy is certainly one of the great directors of 20th century indeed , but his later films are.... ok :)

The part Napier killed his parents ...as a kid I always thought: oh Napier created Batman by doing this...yeytI was wrong because in Batman forever he says: there is always another face...a face for revenge...so this scene was so amazingly good that the audience years and years later realise: he was just imagination that it was the Joker who would killed his parents...but Burton wanted this twist story in his original movie so it playes throughout a briliant game about wich side to believe..

Agreed. Good and at points done very special things....T2 being the srandout. However, his story telling and character arcs/depth are at best mediocre. Hence, 1 dimentional robots and space grunts are about his limit

It’s a real shame this show was canceled. It had so much potential. It’s too bad Hollywood continues to listen to small, vocal, toxic minorities who think they make all the decisions about what belongs and what doesn’t. Movies and shows should be allowed to finish their stories properly regardless of what the audience thinks. Disney is making a huge mistake by canceling the Acolyte.

Personally i hated this episode, how was this the finale. No battles, nothing interesting, just boring.

It's a good show. A few surprises, changes were good when done, and while the animation was nothing impressive, it was good all around. I think I would watch more seasons of it, but I hope they get more bold (and brave) with their animation (specially the fights).

I like Batman: Caped Crusader but Batman: The Animated Series is superior. That show is peak Batman content. Kevin Conroy will always be my Batman. He was the best to ever do it. This show would've been better if Paul Dini was part of it. He's the secret ingredient.

This whole focus on these overweight, racially diverse female characters is kinda annoying. Don’t get me wrong, no issue whatsoever with racial diversity, but it’s just all so obviously on the nose with what they’re doing. I had to stop on episode 5. For example, I recently watched Peacemaker, which had several female characters in the foreground and arguably the second most featured character after Peacemaker himself is a round, black, lesbian woman. No issues whatsoever with it. Know why? Because there weren’t another 2 characters similar to her alongside her, making it all feel like a diversity overload. And also because she’s actually likeable, unlike the women of the Caped Crusader. So I stopped watching it. Instead I started watching Batman Beyond and it’s a freaking masterpiece so far! :)

I actually saw a couple episodes of this, think I made it to the Catwoman episode…Not really a big fan of the series although the animation is pretty sleek and the VA does bat/bruce very well. The show’s aesthetic kinda resembles BTAS however, I prefer BTAS by far

I've brought this fact up to people many times. And that particular fact is that both Carlito's Way and Casino 🎰 are basically the underrated counterpart movies to both Scarface and Goodfellas. And that primarily is because of the main actors(Robert De Niro, Joe Pesci, and Al Pacino) and directors(Martin Scorsese, Brian De Palma) being involved with both sets of movies.

The movie is okay but why have this many cameos in this movie? Wouldn't it be better if they have a small cameo but keep these big cameos for secret wars with no way home & this they are blowing their load early for some reason.

I get what you mean that the characters weren't fleshed out, the movie was rushed, and the dinosaur scene was out of nowhere, and I agree. The only thing I really liked was the scene with the truth about the multiverse and its origins which I thought was cool and a nice way to tie it in along with the cameos. I also wish there was a more satisfying conclusion with the Anti-Monitor than what we got. Overall, I thought that the movie was okay.

I used to be a fan of this movie, but over time I realized that all it does is... "The typical story of very good heroes who have to defeat the bad guy to save a princess in trouble..." with "focus on romantic love"... 6:16 Apart from that, in reality that sweet scene would not have happened...

Overrated by far. The only reason hes idolized as he is is because of hisnuntimely departure in real life. The nolan batman movies are all vastly overrated. They are not fun. Batman begins is ok giving a grounded look at the mythos but beyond that the rest of nolan's take falls completely flat. Hammill's joker is my fav. Romero is my fav. Phoenix is decent. The romero and hammill jokers give us a funny and dangerous unpredictable joker as he should be
