Yuu actually reachs the Floating Island and meet up with Keen. Berkeley, although not mention how, died before reaching the island. That's probably why Yuu, once in the Island, wants to do what she can to rescue the rest of the crew and tried to reach the Aurora with Keen to repair the long range comms systems. It is assumed they were intercepted by a Reaper before they could reach the ship

Each Man-Made Ship/Subs worst enemy in subnautica: Seamoth Vs. Reaper Prawn Suit Vs. Sea Dragon Cyclops Vs. Garg Escape Ship Vs. Gun

I have a different idea or interpretation of what really went down. After carefully reviewing all the crew logs in my playthough it's says how CTO Yu made it to rendezvous point with officer Keen I believe or someone else but also mentions how when Berkely and Yu wanted to return to the aurora but were intercepted by a leviathan and Yu never mentions berkely and berkely doesn't say anything else leading me to suspect that he died and Yu was able to make it to the rendezvous point with keen but then went too deep and was intercepted by another leviathan but this time wasnt fast enough to get away. On the rendezvous point it mentions in one of the voice logs how there was Marguiret maida who was the only person in below zero which is kinda crazy that they link games like that. Anyway, Margaret. Random officer and his kid were there but the kid said that they were running low on food and resources and a rainshower was gonna ruin there plants meaning no more food. After a lot of arguing Margaret agreed with the kid and they all went deep, but the kid got greedy and went too deep and his dad sacrificed so the kid could leave and Margaret disappeared which led to her ending up in below zero. A little bit off topic but what if Margaret went so deep she found a portal and it accidentally made a gateway to below zero and that's not only she got there but how alterra found her and when alterra found Margaret they started research and going too deep but they didn't listen to Margaret's warnings and that's how they all died on below zero. and that's how margaret had the prawn suit aswell. Anyway, back to main plot. The reason we never met anyone on subnautica 1 is because we woke up with minor head trauma which actually knocked us out for days which is why we never met anyone, they all died before we woke up in our lifepod. Another below zero theory, instead of having two different world, it's actually two different sides that are separated by the ecological dead zone or void, and you have to travel miles upon miles to reach the other and the reasons I say this is becuase in both games, they have the same giant redish moon circling.

Additional fun fact: The human Midnight was a lover of one Kelemvor Lyonsbane, and both adventured with a chap named Cyric (yes, *that* Cyric) All three eventually rose to Godhood, although Kelemvor had to steal Cyric's Death portfolio to get there.

the thing... is they dont see me before i see them because reapers are blind and they dont only use this "sonar" roar to find prey they also use it so they dont smack their head into the aurora (before you say anything i know you made this a long time ago i just found it whilst scrolling and wanted to point that out)

9:24 Interesting bit of added Vecna and D&D lore. This isn't the first time he was forced into an extra-dimensional space by an extremely powerful evil collective conscious (depending on your interpretation of the D&D version) using a fog. He was once a Darklord in Ravenloft which effectively means he had his own little dimension which would separate him from all others and torment him for his wrong doings. However he achieved the status of a greater god and thus fell out of the preview of the dark powers because if high tier gods didn't then there would be a long long list of names needing their own demiplanes of dread as they are called. Just a silly little bit of lore, idk how that may factor into DBD lore though as Vecna is one ambitious and magic mf but idk DBD lore.

Funny stuff, I hear there is a friendly leviathan in the lava zone, so when I first saw him I shat my pants of course but then I swim to him to greet him. Then I get vaporised and I though " Oh, I guess they patched him or something".

My favorite moment in my last campaign was when I blurted out "I roll to seduce the Goblin Matriarch" I was playing a Wizard... with a charisma score of 2... and somehow succeeded? The Bard was (understandably) upset that I got to the Goblin before her.

I found by accident and when I got the book gave it to Astarion even though doing so made no sense since you can feel the power coming from it and he is shady in act one despite his charms . Did it for approval and later got coded now he has a necromancy spell , speak to dead , and also a permanent twenty hit point bonus. It's nice .
