Heyy!! Me and my partner considered about that as well. To be honest, I’m not 100% sure. Make sure you send them an email and ask, I don’t want to give you the wrong information. It’s been 2 years ago since I lived there. As I remember, we need to pay additional fee if there’s another person living with you in a studio room which suppose to be for 1 person. This is not a University sourced accommodation so I guess your partner can still stay with you in Scape even he’s not a student. If I’m not mistaken, you can increase the temperature with the AC panel. The service is great when I live there. If there’s something to do with your room, it usually takes 1-2 days until someone come to fix it. If it’s related to the building, like lift maintenance, it’s gonna take longer. As for the internet connection it’s fast and I didn’t encounter any internet issue when I stayed there. (I’m not sure if that’s because I’m the first batch to stay there’s and there’s not much resident yet) Hope it helps!

I reckon I used around 1.5 months to find an apartment that I like. If you go 3-4 inspections per day then it will speed up the whole process. In the beginning, I just went to around 1-2 inspections per day, maybe that’s why it took me 1.5 months. Hope it helps, Good luck!! BTW, I also heard that it’s easier if you rent 3B2B. If you have any friends that would like to rent a property and don’t mind sharing, maybe that’s another way that you can speed up the process :)

Personally, I feel like it’s a good place to stay. However, it really depends on what are you looking for :)

Do you mean what kind of events there will be in Scape? It varies! Sometimes it will be festival related, sight-seeing tours etc :)

Hi :) It really depends on which apartment. What we are looking for is 2B2B1C at that time, the rent is around $550-680 (as I remember). I think the rent is more costly now, you can check out the real estate website to get some more ideas.
