I Have Saw Southwest Airlines Airplane ✈️ at St Louis MO to Kansas City to Newark NJ I was 5 to 16 to 21 Years Old

Frontier uses their Planes up to 20 hours a day, so by 8pm, yes, its going to be Dirty, and just like Southwest and Alligiant, they don't clean the Plane till the day (the Long Day) is done...

The sound comes originally from the Garmin G1000 Electronic Flight Instrument, it's actually used on many private planes like the Embraer Phenom.

As an aviation enthusiast when spotting airplanes at night, playing any type of epic music or Gangsta’s Paradise by Coolio while the airplane is taking off or landing sounds really epic together. The choirs of Gangsta’s Paradise seems like one of the best music for night plane spotting while seeing lots of night views of city lights and night skies with airplanes flying.

Meigs Field was where Mussolini’s aviator Italo Balbo landed on his friendship visit to America back in the mid 1930’s. The road going from Lake Shore Drive through Grant Park back toward downtown is named Balbo Drive to this day.

It’s been 21 years and seeing this place like this still brings me to tears. A once proud symbol of aviation brought down by someone who deserves all the hate.

As a kid my dad and the family would go to Meigs and watch the planes. I know I was in the terminal at least once but I don't recall too well what it looked like. Thanks for bringing back old fond memories

Should be used as a museum bring in the tourists . Would be a waste to see it ruins.

Hey! Thanks so much for posting this. Back when I was just starting my career in Aviation. If the weather was sketchy at Meigs. Somebody that might have looked similar to me would use the I.L.S. into Midway. Declare Special V.F.R. when the skyline of all the towers along the Lake Shore came into sight. And Safely landed our passengers at Meigs. Shame on you Daley.

This airport is known to millions around the world because it was the default flight in early versions of Microsoft Flight Simulator. Looking back, the graphics were primitive, but it was a great looking airport by the water to land and take off from. The shape, the round building at the end of the runway were familar to many.
