True that some counties in Texas hild high property taxes. CA, NY, OR, WA, CO have the worst property taxes!
Texas isn’t the worst but it’s definitely something that most people don’t know or think about when they relocate to the area.

I haven’t heard of any French schools here. French is offered as a foreign language class in high school and you can also take classes in college. The primary dual language or language immersion routes are offered in Spanish.

@@RebeccaValera got caught with a hot potato when I bought my condo. Seller didn’t disclose that the convector units were not adequately maintained causing massive water leak damage. Can I sue the seller and his agent?

135 pages? For a residential sale? What?
It's about 135 pages that you would go through with the escrow officer (for a mortgage, not cash transaction) a few pages at a time. Some of them are a copy for the title company and another copy for the lender. Its a lot of paperwork that you go through at closing. Which is why it's good to ask questions and try and read through some of the documents.
I didn't want to know how to change my job.

I will pass. I broke down the cost of everything. Especially in my profession. I would make nothing there. I would take a 30 plus dollar an hour pay cut with no benefits. Your property tax percentage rate is 2 1/2 times of California. Your insurance can be 4 to 5 times as high. I would have nothing living there.

I’m thinking the Fields Project in general will increase property values in the immediate area, not just the Universal Park. How far out those values will increase is the question.
It will also depend on the location within the immediate area. If it's too close, it could have more of a negative effect. I agree that it's also a question of how much it will increase.

Hi Rebecca, I have a public health degree and also a biology degree and saw that Collin county has great medical center that I could possibly work at like Baylor and Scott Medical Center in McKinney and other medical facilities nearby that it would not cost much of commute if I would live in little elm, Princeton, Anna, or McKinney since I think those of the affordable areas I was told. What would the price be to buy a four to five bedroom singIe family homes that is a three bath and is new construction in those cities I listed. I was wondering if Collin county had the best school district in Dallas.
Hi! All of those areas are affordable. I would say that Princeton is the most affordable of the ones you mentioned. You are allowed to have your own opinion about price. It’s all about location, schools and how big a home is compared to others on the market. This one is zoned to Prosper ISD.

I can’t remember if this floor plan had a closet downstairs with that office space, but for sure a three bedroom plus and office and they might be able to make that office into a bedroom if it has a closet (which would make sense since the full bathroom as right next to it).

Think user to be 250k back in 2004 .. used to live in Frisco, neighboring town.
The home was built in 2015. Homes are always less when you go back in time and see what they used to be worth. Even within the last two years values have gone up at least 100K in this area.
