It'd be nice to see a side profile of your face as well.

Dr Coppelson, can you do MIND just on one side to correct a previous asymmetric expansion?

Currently the MIND utilizes an expander design which is a MARPE + RPE hybrid. Is there any chance in the future we might be able to see a 100% skeletal expander utilized, to maximize changes to the mid-face / nasal region?

I have the same question. Why isn't everybody using KLS martin or FME ? I don't get it

      What’s the difference?

@@SashaOrwell Well, the FME isn't quite out yet and the KLS Martin is really hard to use, so I can see why. Like take the KLS. Kasey Li turns extremely slow, now it's like 20 degrees every other day, or 3/7 days a week. You have to make sure you get the right size expander. You need to monitor the patients to ensure it doesn't plow through the bone or whatever, pushes on the teeth, then you have to reposition it. So if people aren't used to using the KLS they could mess it up. You're also dumping all this energy into the alveolar bone, so if the sutures aren't split then it can unleash absolute devastation onto the bone.
