Cain and Seth did not marry sisters, ie daughters of Adam and Eve. In Genesis 2, two lands other than Eden are also mentioned, that of Havilah and Cush as well as what is written in Gen 1:27 that God created them male and female…. which could suggest that it was not just Adam and Eve, but others too. Your'e inferring from silence, that God didn't create other men and women, right after Adam and Eve.

Far as I can see no major “religion” yet accepts that homosexuality is simply an immutable human characteristic - rather they all insist upon labelling it as a “sin” . So our nature/what’s natural for us humans is everything that’s a sin? Our sinful nature is our baseline, then? To murder, steal, commit adultery, do homosexual practices, eat pork is our nature? Our sinful nature? Our natural state? This is so profound!!! So if by giving in to our (sinful) nature, our natural state, we cause so much destruction for our souls, in our individual lives, and the wider creation, whether we can actually see this destruction or not.

Unfortunately this discussion is oversimplified. To be strictly consistent we know that Judaism is viewed as prohibiting one specific act. It says NOTHING about "homosexuality" being prohibited. Why ignore this fact?? Therefore, the issue is NOT homosexuality. The issue is one SPECIFIC act. So before becoming hysterically hyper pious, make sure to know what Judaism is talking about.

Given by nature. Is what can make a baby. We all sin. We call it in private. It does say it is not ok for same sex. In the Bible. The Torah. Not so sure. I'm finding either stuff is missing from the Torah. Or stuff had been added to the bible.

This Rabbi is SOOOO wrong. Homosexuality is NOT 'natural'. Even if you were to take God, the Bible, sin and morals out of the equation, biologically - and even logically - the 'act' performed by two men is physically UNNATURAL. Without going into too much detail... a certain part of our body (in both men and women) is not dual purpose, it was 'designed' with ONE specific purpose... to EXIT, and NOT to enter. Entering on a regular basis becomes physically dangerous, as the cavity walls are extremely thin and easily tear/rip when entering, which in turn can cause serious infections. In addition, the act of regularly entering is often the cause of severe rectal prolapse (yuk!). Hence it CANNOT be "natural". For it to be natural, men's bodies would have been designed differently!

In his infinite wisdom, God, declare homosexuality as sin, but naturally made people homosexual - even though the majority of people don’t have this “natural” behavior, but per this Rabbi, being gay natural, but God said it is a sin and he doesn’t know why it’s a sin? Maybe this is also why God is angry at himself - for not telling people why it is sin? After all, since the rabbi wrote that “he didn’t ask to be born”, the rest of humanity didn’t ask to be born either and homosexuals most likely didn’t ask to be born - and to be born to be gay or “born this way”- but since despite having infinite wisdom, God is so needy - to the point of forcing us to be born against our free will (but we still have free will 🤔) - all because God “needs” us to not be our natural selves, but to be unnatural, right? It sounds like God owes the LGBTQ an apology and should be angry at himself for creating all this confusion.

I admire the Rabbi but I don’t agree that homosexuality is generally more natural. It is natural - but only from the perspective of those who have this predisposition and feel attracted to the same sex, which is a few percent of human beings. If there cannot be found any explanation why it should be a sin to act out what is in your genetics (and for those who believe in a creator - being actually created like that) by mutual consent with an other adult without harming anyone then I refuse the idea of it being a sin. Being a good person and being homosexual and acting it out is no contradiction, because homosexuality defies moral judgement and is neither good or bad. Saying a homosexual act is a sin is like saying you are not supposed to use your eyes because they are blue.

I think heterosexuality is just ingrained in us, we think we're supposed to like the opposite gender so we do..well up to my generation anyway, genX I think I like men because I was fatherless.. My friend is in a relationship with her cousin and her mum sister and brother like the same sex aswell so I've grown up with it... But I don't see how "hetrosexual" men just like women.... no way... men don't view sex the way women do and the women that pretend to be like men are kidding themselves and will regret it later on, they're too emotional too think of it like a man.

I am afraid that the biblical theory of sexuality, given the bronze age in which it was conceived, did not have the language or science to contemplate the ethiology of homosexuality. The fact that the Tanach equates HS to "an abomination" betrays its human source.

Great teaching. I feel even secular science and studies are finding out that when people practice things forbidden in the Torah, it has a negative affect on our bodies and souls. I agree, first off, it is sin and we must fear G-d, love Him and obey. Well, we know that homosexuality/sodomy is intrinsically immoral, as it is counter-nature, and thus counter-Intelligent-Design in and of itself. Eating pork to a Jew would *most likely* be summarized as him acting against an allergy of his: it'd be a sin for him, as it would be for anyone to eat something the individual is allergic to, such a thing is poisonous to the individual himself.
