that controller is trash get fardriver... otherwise need on/off switch and reverse switch installed for kunray controller to activate motor. also make sure phase wires are connected

@@Michael_2211 72450 with an amorge 200 continuous amp 32ah battery. Doing auto-learn when I hold the throttle it doesn't spin it goes slightly back and forth

Just ordered one of these. Pairing it with a Fardriver nd72450 and a fresh 72v24ah. I will for sure put up a video when I get it all installed. Super psyched. Not sure I wanted to run a my1020 for longer higher speeds, I have seen them get cooked in short time doing so on 72v.

@@Jf-tf9zo Was just riding it the first time last night. And took it out with our gas bike today. We managed to go quite a distance at around 35/40mph and the map1/2 setting makes this thing punchy and efficient. Maxxing mode3 almost made it to 54mph but had to back out of it limited space. This motor is awesome. Barely warm after ripping 0-35 runs 5 and 6 times in a row. Very smooth, and still haven't needed to charge up yet. Have put miles on today. Haven't done any videos yet. want to put a couple of charge cycles on it and get a better experience.

I have the same throttle and it doesn’t show me the battery level. It shows the battery is always empty. How do u fix this?

The motor images shows that it comes with a spline shaft like the E&C new motor but it does not I just confirmed it with Kunray. A 5k motor that uses the inferior my1020 bore thats a common failure point already is horrible design for the power output. My opinion is to stay clear for high power razor builds.
What do you mean? The kr5v won’t be able to handle the power with its shaft?
1. The Motor shaft we use 14mm is enough for the Razor and other light motocycle and scooter. 2. Sure we also have the SPLINE SHAFT for choice but it just fit for 35# sprocket. if needed ,please notice our salesmen when you make order. 3. Some people need fit for 25H T8F and 35#， so we made the axle with H model. 4. Spline shaft is good , but the KR5V shaft is enough for your upgrade.

hello I have a kun ray controller and i have a problem because when switching from normal mode to overspeed mode I do not have any playroom in the throttle so motor has full power instantly without me having the ability to dose it
I think in this case it has a very low torque for roads especially steeps .. hasnt it ?
Please note - This video would have much better use if it was shown which colour wires or connectors you were making. Since there are several 1, 2, 3 pin connectors it is not very clear. Please either post wiring instructions with the colour codes or label each wire & it's matching equivalent. A simple printed sheet with each motor kit would save your customers hours of frustration. Even Amazon has suggested to return the motor kit because they cannot help. Your Amazon rating has dropped to 67% because of this lack of information.
On the 3 speed switch, which color controls the High, Medium and Low speeds? I would like to have the motor run only on Low speed. Is there a bypass to have it run on LOW only?

max 80A, somebody use the kelly or other controlelr continuous current bigger than 80A, is not safe for the motor.
and now, we have an new motor, upgrade Heat sink，and Temp sensor, and upgrade the motro rotor. and it can be use more bigger current controller

@@julianv1724 It went faster in reverse so I reversed the wiring on forward reverse switch. It was wired wrong at factory. The wiring was poorly labelled and had to watch various videos to work out which wires were for what.
