Just use a bog standard carbide ball nose end mill with a G73 pecking cycle apply a 0.2mm peck. Spindle speed to 10,000 rpm........boom!

Yeah, looked like the actual time in cut may have been lower with the 2 pass than the single pass. Certainly nowhere near the difference claimed.

Mortimer Q-pencil they are Walter CNC tool grinders.

If you feel what we're showing in the video cant be done, please feel free to allow one of our District Managers to contact you and discuss your specific application to show you what our tools are capable of when ran correctly in the proper applications.
Why not show the tools in real life speed...or, is it?
@@kuei12 Most of the video is in real life speed however, there are many parts where we slowed it down to show you the chip formation and evacuation process as this is hard to see in full speed and is crucial to successful machining.
