You can say this all you want right now, but the reality is if Kenny Pickett was still our starting quarterback, we would be the worst team in the league

They were literally 7-2 when he finished a game, Nedyah. On the way to a playoff berth before he got hurt. He’s nothing great but to say they’d be the worst is nuts

Two other teams have harder schedules. When you are as great as Steelers fans think they are why cry? You had 3rd easiest schedule last year and you did little with it.

@@jwsteelers1 Why leave the most athletic speedsters on the bench during big game changing plays? Aren't there plays designed for the speedy QBs to run the ball? Why not have plays for speedy QBs on the new kickoff too? Defense can't move until the ball is caught 30+ yards away. - There's two players fielding the kickoff including Patterson, maybe Calvin Austin too, but sometimes.....

Kenny was better than Trubisky. He was also better than Rudolph despite what the NPCs think. You wanna know how to tell when someone is a camper that hasn't been watching Steelers long? They say Mason Rudolph is a good QB, lol. He sucks so bad we brought Duck in off the street who played better ball than him. Kenny is a average QB with an average arm, dudes like that pan out all the time. Peyton Manning, Dak Prescott, Drew Brees, more recently Brock Purdy and Tua Tagovailoa are examples. You could even make a case for the GOAT being one of these guys. Brady wasn't some amazing prospect coming out of college, average arm with perceived limitations. Pickett's career was largely sabotaged by Tomlin and Canada, as he didn't have the elite talent necessary to elevate a badly structured offense. Roethlisberger had us spoiled for 18 years, and now the oblivious members of SteelerNation are slowly figuring this out. Guys like Big Ben, Aaron Rodger, Patrick Mahomes, etc. they have arm talent good enough not just be a "system's QB," but to carry the offense when "the system" isn't working. Kenny Pickett isn't one of those guys.

Albeit, Rudolph did look like he belong in the NFL when he did get a chance. And you basically contradict your own statement by saying they brought in Duck, with the same coaching staff, and they still were winning games. Coaches don't win games, Talent does, like a Ben, Aaron, or a Mahomes. Ask coaches like Belichick, no job at the moment, Andy Reid, who was fired by Philly and got a "talented" QB, now all of a sudden he's a great coach. The fact that you watch Kenny play, and we all watched the same games, sounds like the Camper calling everybody else Campers!!!! I will say this, Steelers organization is basically like their fan base, They think they should win , JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE THE STEELERS but never paid for or kept the talent that they had. The Steelers way....a joke, they are where they are because they were cheap and the BS actually worked until it didn't. I would go as far to say that Ben did not spoil the fans, The Steeler that won 4 Super bowls did, they caught lightning in the bottle when they got all of those HOF players and set a standard, but they were losers first in order to get top picks. Steelers are the only organization that are not allow a rebuild year without Steeler "Nation" trying to fire every coach, every year, If it was up to the fan base, they would have a new coach every time a scrub like Kenny shows us who and what he is...a wasted first round pick that Colbert made and retired.....Laughing!!!

@@ericpatterson5645 Mason and Duck weren't running Canada's offense in 2019, so that's why I didn't contradict myself. No one in Pittsburgh was complaining about the staff until they fired Todd Haley. I mean, you had some "Never Tomliners" that's existed since he took over all the way back in 2007. But they're a fringe minority that no one even pays attention to, lol. We started complaining after the offense got too much "dink and dunk" in the Fitchner system. In hindsight though, is offense wasn't so bad when compared to Canada's. Fitchner took the blame for the 2020 late-season fallout, but it's hard for me personally to blame the guy when the offensive line was trash and we were completely one-dimensional. The 70s Steelers is whatever. I mean they were good but I feel it's not my place to talk about them because I wasn't alive then. The reason I said Ben spoiled us was because we're notoriously horrible at drafting quarterbacks. It took 20 years of QB purgatory before we finally got our guy. Do I even need to list all the quarterback trash we've drafted? Neil O'Donnell, Bubby Brister, Kordell Stewart, Mark Malone, Landry Jones, Dennis Dixon, Mason Rudolph, Josh Dobbs, and the free agent nightmares Tommy Maddox and Mitchell Trubisky. Some would say Kenny Pickett as well. Most of those guys were taken in the 4th round or higher too. Dennis being the one exception I think. Our 2nd best quarterback of the past two decades was Charlie Batch, and we didn't draft the guy.
