MX-5 Miata NB VVT Stuck on (Code P0011)
This video is to address a common issue on NB Miata's where the VVT gets stuck "on" causing the engine to run terribly and potentially stall.
The culprit is commonly a piece of broken filter getting stuck within the solenoid.

This took about 3-5 hours to complete in the garage going slowly. Torque specs for the bolts: Rear shock absorber: 175 Nm Spring perch: 110 Nm (In loaded position) Sway bar end link: 55 Nm Small link: 130 Nm (In loaded position) CV axle bolt: 35 Nm Trailing arm bolts: 180 Nm I'm not responsible for you breaking your car or getting hurt. Just wanted to show what was involved in the job.
