    "Too failure" for me, meant literally going and going past the dying part, to the point where my legs physically could not lift, after i reached that point, THEN i stopped, and a few days later i was able to do tripple the amount and intensity of what caused me to previously FAIL, and i couldn't fail, i went for hours and hours and hours, tired as hell, but my legs kept lifting and my body kept going, once you think of a physical limit as the true point of failure, you start to realize just how fucking fast you gain strength and endurance, for me its ADDICTING. Yes i do give my body time to recover btw, im not pushing myself this insanely hard every single day🤣 (just to clarify) Coming from someone who is currently transitioning from obese to healthy, its all about the way you think, and the information you are taking in. Change your relationship with food and suddenly you look forward to the things that other people feel are chores. I look forward to my workouts, to my green tea, to my next refill of sugar alternative, i look forward to finding new herbs and spices that are excellent for my body, and i look for recipes to use them in. Never think of a diet as a diet, treat it like a way of life, and customize it to fit your endurance🥰 Learn to compromise better taste for better health✌🏻✨ (often times you CAN have both)

      Like the left vein side of the back of my hand is green while the other is blue and purple and there are parts where they're coloured red and not green or mixed (⁠´⁠ ⁠.⁠ ⁠.̫⁠ ⁠.⁠ ⁠`⁠)

    I’ve been having the same problem, I’m working out around 40-60 mins a day but I’m still at the same weight and ofc I’m eating lol, this really helped me figure out what I need to do, at first I was so upset seeing my weight go up (since I’m like basically a beginner) this video made me realize that it’s normal for that to happen and I’m so so glad I decided to stick to what I’m doing

    So the vids that you suggested are the high intensity stuff? I am honestly at the verge of accepting the fact that i am a pig coz i cant go on 10k walks daily. I really cant. It's not an excuse, i just fcking hate walking for no reason. My job is a desk job that makes me sit on my ass for 9+ hours a day. And if you ask me to go on a 40 mins walk and hope to hit 10k steps in that makes me wanna throw myself off a cliff. Coz it's eating into my precious free time of playing games. I work from home so i dont even have to leave my room for starting my work. You are like the last bastion of hope i am seeing in this fitness journey coz you are not peddling the bullshit that other gymbros and HIIT sisters do. I have a decent variety of nutrients in my diet and it's close to a balanced one. I eat pizza once a month and rarely have any high cal snacks in general. I do try some HIIT but i get close to dying and that makes me hate exercising more. Do you have anything for people like me who have real lives and cant keep up with these health influencers bullshit?

    My biggest issue is that my school burdens us with exams EVERY month... So during exams , i sit in a cornor and study and study . No moving nor eating Then it gets harder to get back into fitness routine . But BUT . I'll try this and share my results

    This explains so much, when I was in the psych ward I lost a lot of weight, I originally thought it was because I had less of an appetite because I struggle eating in places I’m not comfortable (also the food was very bland..). But now I’m releasing there’s more to it, I had to walk for 5min every couple hours, then I also got 8 hours of sleep due to the strict bedtime rules, then I didn’t overeat and ate small portions, BUT once or twice a week during visitation I’d go out to eat domino’s or something similar, I drank A LOT during my stay there because I don’t eat breakfast and the supervisors there would get a little pissy if you sat at the table doing nothing, that all paired with my weekly dancing class and having free time with nothing to do so I’d practice my dancing is almost exactly what this guide recommends! I was there for 3 months and lost 3 kilos while I was there. Seeing this video, I’ll try to recreate what I did before and improve it. I said I got 8 hours of sleep, but towards the end of my stay I was sleeping horribly because I was so uncomfortable there. Now that I’m at home, I’m in a much more comfortable environment so I think I can perfect this routine. (Also I can now choose my own food, keep the portion small and add protein but actually give it flavour!)

    Every video I see people are saying don't eat fast food, don't intake sugar, eat healthy food. And here I'm ..my year goes by without fast food and eating any types of chocolate because I don't even like them. I eat healthy.. i drink water.. i even sleep early. What else is there to do? I'm so done with my acne. It's been 8 years. I wasted a lot of money on the dermatologist. I'm one millimeter away from giving up.
