What's the wheelbase on that buggy? Looks really short. Very cool build!
@TorquePowerVideo Thanks! Overall is 10 ft. Wheelbase is 6 feet. I bought the buggy this way.... just been getting it road ready. Thanks for watching.
Didn't you just buy a new pressure plate and flywheel ?
@user-rk1bf4eh2p I bought a new pressure plate (didnt fix it)...... I didn't want to reset my crankshaft endplay. So I used shims under the pressure plate. A flywheel is hundreds of dollars too.
A dune buggy in Washington😮
I change the throwout bearing and the slave cylinder I don't know how the clutch is set up, but I don't think it's your pressure plate ?
@user-rk1bf4eh2p I didn't think it was pressure plate either. The machinist said to try that. In the end shims under pressure plate fixed it. Since it was machined too far.... then clutch was clamped too much.
Cool
Those tires look awesome
Epoxy???
That's funny he told you what he did oh take it home shoulder for a while Tell him it's new he won't know the difference you didn't know the difference it was used gun except for the factory we know and parts are used😢😮😅😮😮😮😮😢😅😢
Sweet, the vapor blasted cases came out great!
Are the heads easily available? Are they unique to Porsche air cooled or are they typical VW Type 1 heads?
The porche 914 and vw bus engine similar. Camshaft different and the valves are bigger on the porche 914..... heads available.
The thumbnail picture was the shim that were under the rockers....
Awesome work........... those nuts pounded into the cylinder and head are crazy!!!!!
One down each cylinder too. What are the chances.
Hope you don't get a copyright strike with the intro.
what type of engine is that? its rhys
It's a porche 914 engine. Similar to a Volkswagen bus engine. (Larger displacement than a bug engine). It's an air cooled 4 cylinder. Horizontally opposed.
Very cool!
Half life 2
Haha I said the same thing! Gordan!!!!
Thats alot of smoke!
I had the smoke screen switch flipped.
That right lane is merging dummy
My rear site broke and Taurus would never get back to me. They suck!
Non-event. The right-hand lane was merging in.
I guess they just do whatever they want.
I cut out the audio....... for obvious reasons.
@@CoolHandLuke43 if something as small as this makes you flip out then you shouldn't be driving
You're shooting birds with your gun!?? What a douchebag! I clicked on this video thinking I was going to see someone shoot the gun and talk about it. Instead, I got 30 minutes of you talking about your problems and how you like to kill little animals. Great video bro! NOT!👎
I have gotten to a point in my life to whear i just dont trust people. Mmm, i wounder why. Thanks Obama, bastard. Anyways, back to buying new firearms. I bring and use a , JEWLERS LOOP. To check every firearms from grip to front sight.
TOO much yack yack...Get to the review !!!
Where did you order the seals and bearings.
I think I got them off ebay or mcmaster car. The part numbers are on the bearings and seals. Or a 5 dollar ebay manual will show the original part numbers.Yeah
My other videos show the part numbers.
@@CoolHandLuke43 OK thank you
Great Gun!! Fuck NewYork state
...traded one of my SKSes for one of these (4 in bbl) and a Smith Model 64-3 (4 in bbl w/pinned bbl & the old style logo on the RHS cover plate, but no recessed chambers)...hated to trade the SKS (Romanian 1960 production) but I got two revolvers I wanted...
These guns were made to be used. Scratches are all part of it. Get real
man im looking for this 60cc for ages..hardcore to find...look at my channel check out my high end minibike :D 70cc with welding etc
O problema desse revólver é o tamanho do cano.
What would need if i have a chip in the key?
You'd have to use the other parts in the kit. (! Copper ring that goes around the ignition. Might be able to find a video someone else has. The kit comes with a cd with installation instructions.......
Where did you find parts?
Ebay

Rude
Also just put the wrist pin in freezer for a half hour, then slide it in through the piston. (Dont bother heating piston at all).
Compustar is most recommended
This one was 40 bucks. Works great.
does this come in a 2 inch snub nose?
It comes in a 4 inch as well. My trasferbar broke, then taurus mailed me the wrong replacment part. Then they made me pay return shipping. Id go with a ruger or a smith.
Thank you so much for uploading this video! I was in the process of restoring a benelli dynamo but these wires were not attached to anything. Just put them in the correct place and hope my bike will finally get spark so that I can start it up!
No problem bro!
There is just one thing that I don't understand, when you pull back on the brake lever you break the connection rather than create connection. Do you have any idea why that would be?
@@owenphillips2375 its grounded when the lever is forward. When you pull back its no longer grounded at the lever. With the lever touching metal its ground through the least resistance. When lever is seperated the current goes through the bulb which has resistance (electricity travels the path of least resistsnce). So when metal lever aint touching it now travels to the bulb filament. Also your bike wont run if your taillight bulb burns out. So always check the filimant first if it doesnt start!
@@CoolHandLuke43 so I tried to start it and still got no spark, if it doesn't take too much time is there anyway that you could send a picture of the wires hooking to the ignition coil?

Had a similar issue with the Taurus 992 I just picked up. Got a scratch on the barrel and didn't notice it until I had already transferred it and was filming it doing a table top review.
Long winded useless lecture about an FFL dealer... made it to the two minute mark. Don't you have any friends in real life?
That is pretty awesome. Fire Powered everything!
sounds fun
On my channel I have another video going over the magneato. 0.016" points gap. I also show the original manual in the video. As for the coil there is a guy with username santo on ebay. I would ask him. I can also test my coil with a mulitmeter if you like.
I think I need a new coil do you know what kind it takes And what is the point gap and the mag gap
Hello there CoolHandLuke43. I was just picked up a 1969/1971 Benelli buzzer 65cc. Its condition is really bad. I started restoring it. Yours seems to be in quite good condition. Do you have any manuals you can share. Information is really limited.
Pm me your email. I have several videos of engine work. So that should help too!
Zero built in safety measures.
Nice Luke i cant believe im the first to comment but.thanks for the vid my benelli buzzer was my first ride still have it getting about to rebuild it,ya like 45 years ago road raced it in the negberhood till i was old enough to get a real road race bike lol 600 honda hurricane in 88
Very good Zac. Check out my other vids on it!
Why would you call it a review when in reality it a 13 minute waste of time about a bad experience with your gun dealer. No mention about any of the characteristics accuracy and dependability. Nice attempt but useless if a viewer is looking for help making a decision about buying one.
I'm glad you listened to it :-)
Whats the flywheel puller size? I just picked up a 71 Hurricane today
Before I had puller I used screw drivers on the case and hit the crank with a lead hammer. I am in the middle of moving and cant get to it right now.
ok cool thanks
Great videos thank you very much! My buzzer has some takeoff issues you have to sit on it and shop with your feet to get it to grab and then once it gets going it's decent I was wondering if you had any issues like that
Have you checked your gear box oil level?
@@CoolHandLuke43 yeah the oil's good. I flushed the old oil out of it several times with non detergent oil just to be safe. I was thinking it might be the clutch shoes but they're not completely terrible they're still in fair condition. But I have a feeling the guy that owned it before me may have used synthetic oil
@@mdv1236 send me your email or phone number. I have a trouble shooting manual.

@@CoolHandLuke43 thanks buddy
Thanks for posting these videos I have several buzzers hornets dynamos and volcanoes. It's hard to find anything on these bikes. My hornet runs perfect my buzzer has problems with takeoff once it gets going it moves pretty good but as soon as you slow down and try to go again it's just kind of weak I don't know if there's a clutch issue. But I did have it serviced once by professional and it seemed like it made a difference for about one or two rides and then it went back
We text now. But if you still got the problem, id swap over electronics one at a time. The coil first, then the magneato. Sometime when coil gets warm they get weak.
@@CoolHandLuke43 thanks for sharing these videos, i also have the same problem, is there a way to contact you
