I made this using 3 cups of wholemeal ‘strong’ bread flour and lots of different seeds. It very heavy and dense and doesn’t taste so good. Will try again tmrw

Might be a silly question, but does the dutch oven go back into the oven after you put the dough in it? Or does the dutch oven bake the dough on its own because youve already heated it at 450 degrees?

3 cups of flour, 2 teaspoons of instant yeast, 1.5 teaspoon of salt, 1.5 cup of warm water. Mix it well, leave it covered for 3 hours. Heat oven on 450 F. Bake 45 min. I don't put in the parchment paper, I lightly grease the container with butter, it comes out great, the paper gets stuck in the bread. I don't use Dutch oven, it's unnecessary, the bread bakes just fine in ANY glass or ceramic container

We made this tonight. Turned out good. Didn’t have a Dutch oven. Put it in some parchment in a glass casserole dish.
ever since I've seen this video I've used this cutting method for apples, because I've always been a fast eater. cutting my food into smaller pieces like this has made it easier for me to eat slower, thanks!
What's the warm water temperature?
2 teaspoons of yeast? Usually these recipes us 1/4 tsp. Are you sure

Instant yeast would be the most suitable option for this recipe because active dry is supposed to be activated beforehand to reach optimum fermentation potential.

I just made this with replacing 2 cups with whole wheat flour, added crushed walnuts, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, olive oil, and tablespoon of coconut sugar. Wow! Now i just need to paint my nails and bedazzle them so i can make that cool bread tapping sound. :-)

I’m gonna try this, I’ll give an update when it’s done update: so it is perfectt!! My family loves it. I also recommend for holidays adding other stuff! I added pumpkin spice and cinnamon and some pumpkin purée and it was a pumpkin loaf! This recipe is amazing

Is the flour, bread flour ?
You can use both bread flour or AP Flour! Bread flour is slightly better due to it having more protein (eg gluten)! Also if you use AP Flour you will probably need to use slightly less water since it absorbs less water compared to bread flour 😊
