Dudes! The collection of varied businesses is a great idea - offerings look yummy! Having food available at a float up location from your boat is also wonderful, but a shade structure would make it feel even more like a retreat after being bombarded by sun all day out on the water! Why do you not talk about the monthly fees?
Hi! the condo fees here are about $500/ a month and that will be marked in the listing description/feature sheet for the public to see. The condo fees include: Building Insurance, Building Maintenance, Common Elements, Doors , Ground Maintenance/Landscaping, Parking, Private Garbage Removal, Property Management Fees, Roof, Snow Removal, Water, Windows

This unit is vacant so the new owner can set their own rents. There is a wide range of rental prices right now and they’ve really gone up. We see 1 beds anywhere from 13-1600, 2 beds 1500-1800, 3 beds 1800+. These numbers are on the conservative side as well.

I don't really want to live beside an ABB. I would prefer real neighbours, not a quasi-hotel where you never know who is there, there is no sense of community and no commitment to the property. It is one thing to have company staying with you in your house, but quite another thing to use an entire residential property in a neighbourhood as an ABB.
Do you think they will raise again in September and when do you think toronto house market will bottom out?
I think it will depend if the indicators that they are looking at for inflation continue to head in the right direction, or if they go up. The CPI inflation print came in lower then expected this month, so that would maybe give some optimism that they will leave it where it is. We specialize in Grey Bruce/Owen Sound. From what I have heard though the Toronto Market is still in a sellers market based on the active listings, but I think it depends largely what neighbourhood you are in. @TomStorey is a good follow for local toronto content.
@@markandtimrealtors thanks for recommendation i was driving around this weekend gas price spiked up a lot and consuker are still spending i feel like they will raise in September as they said more pain to come in realestae market well into late 2024. They are planning to leave Highgate in place until 2025. I gi e you some history as I was living in USA when great fincial market happen in 2008 housing market didn't bottom until 2012 i expect Canada will have a long draw out of price drop from over inflated price.
@@citizenm9590 it’s possible but the reason the market crashed in the states was cause the banks were backing mortgages that had no business very being given out. Canada is different and has an enormous supply problem. Until that gets sorted out it’s hard to see large drops In prices but more likely price swings that are strictly related To where interest Rates are at.

So true mark as you helped us purchase our home here in Georgian bluffs which was cluttered and dirty with an awful lawn ! It’s important to look at the actual structure of the home around the furniture, we did a bit of cleaning , painting and Paul is busy on the property !
