Paragliding Kossen - 67 km FAI triangle , 7.7.2023
Paragliding 67 km FAI trianlge from 7.7.2023. Start was in Kossen, Austria. Conditions were good, but I got very slow (and low) on the south leg. Original goal was either Hochkönig or Zell am See and triangle over 100 km. I was flying on a rented older glider Axis para Comet 2. It has much logner breaks and I had problems confidently controlling the glider. I had to use line wraps for the first time :). I avioded some potentialy more turbulent spots due to this lack of confidence, and it cost me lot of time on a less active route.

Nebyl ...
Donovaly proximity paragliding

Evening proximity flying session 21.8.2020 at Donovaly, Slovakia. We had relatively low thermic climbs during the day - big cross country flights were not possible. At least the evening session with occasional late thermals made the day.

Clear spring day paragliding flight from Dolní Morava, Králický Sněžník to Šumperk and to the heart of Jeseníky mountains. I ended the flight at my parents' house - thanks for the great diner. I Finally managed to view the places of my youth from the air. The day was cold and I was freezing the last two hours of the flight as I was flying constantly between 1500 and 2200. Distance 69 km, durati...

Děvín - endless wing-overs over castle ruins during sunset
zhlédnutí 391Před 4 lety
Paragliding at Děvín (Pálava). We had strong wind with some sporadic thermals during the day and a silky smooth laminar wind during the evening. We had a great fun in the evening and I had a great training session improving my wingovers. Endless wingovers over the castle during sunset were absolutely perfect. Wing: Axis Comet 3

Moravský trojúhelník - 67 km flight
zhlédnutí 176Před 5 lety
My first flight in the flats of south Moravia during competition Moravský Trojúhelník (Borotice). It was my longest flight in 2018 and I actually won the competition in my class. The weather was great with plenty of thermals and strong wind. I found flats to be very easy to fly if I can get high enough and fly from a cloud to a cloud - no rotors and landing fields everywhere. Three days of paragliding at Javorový vrch. Saturday was probably the busiest day at Javorový this year with at least 50 wings flying at the same time. Great weather on Sunday and some sledge rides with small wing-overs and spiral on Monday. Overall perfect weekend and beautiful evenings at the cottage on top of Javorový vrch. Wing: Axis Pluto 3

Paragliding at Dolní Morava and late evening cross-country trip to Horní Bohdíkov which started with probably the last thermal of the day up to 2000m. Quite strong southerly and westerly wind made for some interesting flying. One rescue was thrown that day (czcams.com/video/eW6lgivxAZU/video.html). Petr ended up hanging from a snow cannon with some serious bruises and several ripped cells and t...

This is how it is when you combine beautiful weather, small hill, not enough wind and a bunch of paraglidiers. It was fun and in reality quite safe.

The first sparring session I had was unorganized since the coach wasn't there(1st mistake), and I was a total newbie(didn't even know how to throw punches (2nd mistake). Nevertheless, my "partner" started going ham on me, even when I turned my back. Guess he had some personal problems.
how to screen record a track in such a three-dimensional form? What programs do you use to record and do this?
I felt very overwhelmed on my first sparring. Still do sometimes depending on the other guy... Good work!
Well done 👍. Did you stick with boxing?
LOL
Not an expert myself but maybe test out head movement
Everyone starts somewhere. Kudos to show it. Onwards and Upwards. Enjoy your boxing journey.
Bro, mad respect for you! Stepping in to a Square to spar, need big balls to do that. keep the hard training
The days u feel like you'll never be a boxer are the days your becoming a boxer
سبحان الله وبحمده سبحان الله العظيم
Bomba !!!
How do u see without glasses? Are there glasses that can with stand a punch and not break?
@Lufbul that might be but it can be removed when moving around.
@Lufbul i know that
Moc pěkné video a pěkné záběry

Fair play to ye but kids in Ireland here can fight better than that there by the age of 7 or 8 and that’s not bullshit
Nice 👊👊👊
Bloke in the red needs to chill out.
Feet to happy blue relax, great keeping hands up Chen down
We all started somewhere
I wanted to cry after my first spar, not because i took alot of hits, but bc i knew i could have done so much more during those rounds 😂
its cool to read these first few comments and the words of encouragement people are giving you and everything theyre saying is true. First off the fact you even decided to take on boxing which is probably one of if not the hardest training of any sport there is takes courage and deserves respect, second stepping into the ring to spar also takes courage and deserves respect not to mention it usually takes someone 1-2 years before they should spar so thats impressive man. Although I would recommend giving it a little more time til youre full on sparring, you did it and you felt the experience and you crossed that boundary so now you dont have that fear of the unknown. My advice is give it a few months until you full on spar again but theres plenty of ring work you can do with a training partner that doesnt involve full on sparring but helps you get better prepared for it while using a live opponent for example just spend a few rounds doing nothing but catching each others jabs, then another few catching jabs and slipping jabs and etc etc go on from there until youve done everything you can do with your jab. do some drills where youre not even using your hands your just trying to beat your opponent through ring control and footwork, try to use your footwork to put yourself in a good position or would create an angle against your opponent. you could even do real light sparring where youre going at 50% and just really practicing your technique and just touching up the opponent. Theres so much stuff you can do bro and you keep building up and adding more until one day all that there is left to do is finally spar all out and see what you can do. Its good you have this video to because after youve given it time and you spar again you can see the difference and how much youve improved and what else you need to work on. Good luck man, im super proud of you and have immense respect for you and also having the courage to upload it to youtube. Dont pay any attention to any negativity from anyone, 99.99% chance theyre some skinny or fat fuck being a keyboard warrior yet they have 0 experience or formal training and probably have never even been in shape in general lol. Typically those are the type of people who say negative things, and the people who are positive and encourage are the ones who do train and are experienced. Anyways buddy keep it up, I hope to see you upload more videos on your progress and who knows maybe one day you and I can get some work in together depending where youre at in the US.
Sparing means nothing, even if you get beat, you still win. In my spars I never went that hard out, but trained very hard on my power and speed. My partners would go a bit too hard at times and I had decent control and would always get yelled at for going full power as my coach said I had crazy born power at 69kgs. Because of that I really shined in my fights and even had previous fighters from other gyms that I sparred comment on why I didn't spar like that. won most of my fights and hurt all of them
Wonder how he is doing now
The most painful sport in my opinion including the training. Mentally and physically grueling . Keep going!!!
Nice job, buddy. Did you stick with it after this? Would love to know where you're at now.
Bro u did great I remember the first time i Spar i was almost freezing all The time and You Jeep moving great job keep it up
You have to start somewhere.
Red headgear is trying to land K.O. punches on a guy with zero experience and technique. Thank god he is bad too. That doesn't make sense for either of them. The guy who organizes and allows the whole thing is questionable. EDIT: Also nice to see the whole club standing around in the background.
This is great stuff. Love to see someone lacing up them glove. It takes guts. U da man
Typical old school boxing gym approach. Not such an intelligent way to bring somebody along. Check out czcams.com/channels/io2ayh4Tn209lKmw1swQtQ.html for what a beginner's journey should look like but unfortunately rarely does in this sport.
Jake Pool vs Ben Icecream
Idk if your still boxing but I have no training I train on a boxing bag and I wanna spar let’s set something up
4:07 - I'm assuming you've improved since this video, but maybe for others watching, don't cross your legs like that when side stepping as it puts you off balance.
Im 16, turning 17 this year and I've been practicing boxing for almost 2 months now all by myself (shadow boxing/footwork and no equipments whatsoever) and I feel like I should go find a boxing gym now and finally do sparring. Wish me luck :)
I’d put work on these fools
Sparred for the first time last week got destroyed barely landed shots my partner was going hard but I still had fun
Ugh too relateable
In my gym if you look like that they'll take you out of the ring in 30 seconds and tell you ok maybe next month we try it again.
Great pace, the first sparring session should make you consider whether you want to continue to learn boxing.80% don't continue.
I would do the same thing so i can see my mistakes :)
Found this randomly on my recommended 😂
Hands nicely up in the beginning 👍🏻 An option is to parry the jab with your right hand an jab back at the same time. I advise beginners to look for a trainer who knows the difference between keeping your hands up and defense. Defense should be the first thing they teach you. That also the reason why people are nervous the first time because they have no idea how to defend themselves or who defense works
😂
I like. It can only get better!
First time nerves stopped you from relaxing and moving your head, the more you spar the more you relax ..... the easier it gets and the more accomplished you become. The lad you was sparring should have taken it easier on you, watching that vid he took a few liverties but you'll soon be at a level where you can compete with him, he only threw straight punches to the head and literally nothing dowstairs. Next time you spar him throw a few at his solar plexis and don't forget to either move your head or catch the punches as they come. Takes a brave man to get inbetween those ropes sunbeam, keep up the good work
Good job buddy. Sure you are light years beyond this now. Have tons of sparring videos on my channel if you are ever bored.🥊
They should have got a more experienced boxer for ur first sparring. U aren't rdy to spar with someone at the same lvl as u. They made u run without teaching u to walk first. That being said u didn't do terrible for ur first time
