Learn to shoot the ball with one hand. You have to bring it up through your center. You have to be smooth. And you will release the ball at the right time automatically. Holding the ball with two hands allows you to do all kinds of weird things with it. Shooting with one hand does not. Once you've mastered it, use both hands. Changed my shot completely.
