CamCrunch is a channel where you will find helpful photography tips and tutorials. My goal is to be able to teach and inspire people, and I also hope to be taught and inspired by you guys, the community, as well!
The Exposure Triangle (Aperture, Shutter Speed and ISO) - Photography Tutorial
Exposure is the amount of light that is recorded on your image sensor. The term "exposure triangle" is used because there are three things that affect your exposure when you're taking an image - your Aperture, Shutter Speed and ISO. These three things all affect the amount of light that your sensor capture, but they also have secondary effects.
Aperture controls depth of field.
Shutter Speed controls motion blur.
ISO controls sensor sensitivity and noise in images.
Balancing these three things is the key to making good images.
What is Aperture?
Aperture is the physical opening of your lens. Naturally, a larger aperture size lets more light into the camera, and a smaller aperture size lets in less.
The aperture is measured by f-stops. Larger f-stop numbers (f/16) signify a smaller physical aperture. Smaller f-stop numbers (f/2) signify larger physical aperture. F-stops and aperture size can be a little bit confusing at first, but you'll get the hang of it pretty quickly.
Larger f-stop = Smaller Aperture
Smaller f-stop = Larger Aperture
Asides from controlling the amount of light that enters the camera, your aperture also helps to control your depth of field. Depth of field is how much of your image is in acceptable focus.
Larger physical apertures, or smaller f-stop values, gives you smaller/shallower depth of field in your images. This means that less of your image beyond your focus area will be in focus. A smaller physical aperture, or larger f-stop value, will give you a larger/deeper depth of field. This means that a large portion beyond your focus area will be in acceptable focus.
Larger f-stop = Smaller Aperture = Deep Depth of Field
Smaller f-stop = Larger Aperture = Shallow Depth of Field (More Blur/Bokeh)
What is Shutter Speed?
Shutter speed is the amount of time in which your exposure takes place for. The longer your shutter speed is, the more light hits the sensor. The faster your shutter speed is, the less light hits your sensor.
Shutter Speed and Motion Blur
Shutter speed also affects motion blur in your shots. To freeze action, you'll want to use faster shutter speeds. Using a fast shutter speed will ensure that your subject will be tack sharp when you take your photo. Using a fast shutter speed will also ensure that any camera shake is not recorded because of how quick the exposure is.
Slow shutter speeds will show motion blur in your images. While most people will want to get tack sharp images with their subjects frozen, there are times when slow shutter speeds can be used to create creative images. When you want to show movement in your photographs, you might want to slow down your shutter speed a little so that you can see the motion of your subject. Other popular techniques using slow shutter speeds include capturing light trails and making water look silky smooth. When you slow down your shutter speed, camera shake will be introduced. To avoid this, a tripod is recommended for those longer exposures.
What Is ISO?
ISO is your sensors sensitivity to light. Low ISO values (e.g. ISO 200) make the sensor less sensitive to light, which means that you would need more light to expose an image than you would need if you use a higher ISO value (e.g. ISO 1600).
Back in the days of film, you could only use one ISO at a time and that was the ISO of the film that you were using. With digital cameras, we have the ability to change out ISO on the go depending on the lighting conditions that we are in.
ISO and Image Noise
ISO also affects the amount of noise that you have in your image. Digital noise are the random specs of colored pixels that you see in some images when shooting in lower light situation. The higher your ISO is, the more noise you will get in your images, which is why it is not ideal to raise your ISO more than you have to. Using higher ISO values will also skew how your colors look, making them look a lot duller than what is actually there.
When in brighter lighting conditions, you should use the lowest native ISO that you can. Increase your ISO when your shutter speed and aperture are at the point where you do not what to change them anymore. The ISO is usually that last thing that you'll change out of the three things that affect your exposure.

Still the best osu tablet, I bought the 472 then returned it after getting a used 480 on eBay. The 480 pen is much more comfortable because it has a nicer outer surface (grippier and smooth as opposed to the 472's cheap feeling hard plastic) and is also a bit wider than the toothpick 472, exaggeration of course but u get my point. 480 tablet also feels and looks more premium. It you play osu primarily or will sink in a lot of hours, dont listen to the people saying 472 and 480 is the same. Its worth getting the 480 just for the pen alone, and used 480s can sell for the same price if you get lucky
I have 3 stuck on all groups. When I hit test all the units light up all the groups. I tried too change them back to group A. Won’t take. Ever time all groups light up. I can’t controle them. Can you please help?

Type of photopaper anonpo gamit?
This lens is designed for use on a full frame camera. For many, this is a great "normal" lens. It is not an L lens but a quite good lens, nonetheless.
I first watched this 10 years ago! Wish i had the gear then that i do now!

I was just given this camera and I can't believe how well it holds up. I have a Canon r6 and various lenses from 24 mm to 400 mm, plus 100 mm macro. It's a great kit and I have no plan on getting rid of it, and if I'm going out to take serious photographs that's the camera I'm taking with me. But for walking around, parties, street photography or vacations, I'm taking the Fuji. Small, inconspicuous, light and fantastic photos, so it's really hard to go wrong. I didn't bother getting an external flash... if I'm in a situation that requires that I'll use the Canon. This thing is so incredibly intuitive to use and the reviewer is right, it's a completely different shooting experience than using a DSLR. Sure, there are limitations, but nothing I can't live with. Great review and still relevant. Thanks

I was shooting in a forest in Manual Mode. The light meter was showing I was at correct exposure. I reviewed the photo and it was way overexposed. Is it better to just ignore the light meter when shooting Manual Mode?
