I feel like something missed in all of this is that none of the app-game misdeviance could ever be prosecuted. IMO that's because the app games in general (IF RAKED!!!) are already an 'underground' enterprise that is black-market and likely not paying tax itself. Therefore, there's a similar chance of an app game getting regulated legally as there is of a New York underground Mob game in the 80's getting vetted for fair play. The interests of the criminal courts would be completely different, no?

Berkey is clueless when it comes to the Law and legal proceedings. "Default Judgment" means he did not show up to court or file an answer to the lawsuit. Basically a no-show so the court rules against you as a result.

Interested to hearing what the whole deal was between ACR and End Game. Wouldn't it be most logical for End Game to get a finders fee for the talent while ACR handles the payment to said talent? I just can't see how Scott would profit from this agreement at all if ACR is essentially paying a fraction of the talent acquisition cost to Scott while he spends more out of pocket to the talent. Maybe Nagy wasn't aware or Scott gave him false numbers, but that doesn't seem to be the case with Nagy mentioning the $30MM in influencer spending (some of which was End Game). Also if that was the case, wouldn't ACR peruse legal action vs End Game? Maybe no interest in that as they are a gray market operator
