Humna Mustafa is an award-winning pattern artist, with a passion for working with Art as a tool to heal, go within and find inner peace and clarity. She is inspired by nature and using it as her way of connecting to the Divine. Her work is referred by her as ‘Visual Prayers’.
With her interest in holistic and slow living, she now uses art as a way to express and explore her creativity and gain healing from her own personal childhood traumas.
Most of the videos on this channel feature a motivational voice-over about the pieces of art that she makes and how you can look at them in a different way to help you heal.

Yes, we are taught not to “Cry out loud” and told “keep it inside and learn how to hide our feelings” Umm 🤔 Thank you Ellie Brooks! But, this is so very wrong! Babies and children cry, throw tantrums, and shout at people when they’re feeling bad. However, as adults we are told we need to suppress our emotions and simply “carry on”. What a screwed up world we live in, and in turn we get screwed up too!
