Ive always liked dresses over pants it doesnt matter what "style trend" is popular ill always love it n always wear it. The way someone dresses should show a part of who they r and not have anything to do with what year it is or what other people r doing. As long as ur decent.

Loved watching this video. I'm 68 and although I'm retired I love wearing pants suits. I just purchased three new suits. One I purchased is a navy pinstripe. I love it so much. It is so chic but yet classic. Ty for all the inspiration.

Faux fur is not very classy. It looks cheap. And wearing white boots...unless they're smooth or patent leather, they may get stained on wet winter streets.

In addition to white, my favorite wardrobe colors are pale, cool, muted pinks, blues and greens, plus taupe, “my beige”. Taupe looks so much better with cool-toned coloring than the yellowish beiges like camel, which dominated the apparel market for ten years. Finally, taupe has been available since spring, so I have stocked up on items in this color. I do love warm, cognac/tan browns, too, but I use these colors in my accessories instead of clothing, where they don’t dominate my cool coloring. They look great with any neutral. I’m glad browns are back, especially cool-toned ones, the last time they were widely offered was in the 90s!

This is for me! I have soft, cool and light coloring and neither darks nor brights suit me very well. I wear light, muted colors as much as I can, so long as they are not too yellowish, as many winter-white or ivory colors are. Thanks🙂

I love the shirt dress with flown pants

So I just recently saw a pic of Lori Harvey, wearing a “naked dress” I guess during fashion week in NY. Lori Harvey is someone that I personally feel stands on her own, stands out and seperates herself from the other so-called ‘’it” girls. Untill the naked dress. She’s just a stunning woman who can actually dress. So why would she mess it all up and be caught in a “naked dress”? Rihanna already did that. Rihanna did it and it was done. Beyoncé tried it, Jennifer Lopez tried it, Gabrielle Union tried it, Ciara tried it…Why?? Remember some years back what Rihanna said during her acceptance speech for her Fashion Icon Award? Something like “She can beat me but she can’t beat my outfit. ‘’. Well y’all were not listening. Rihanna shut the naked dress down. It’s hers. I wouldn’t even attemp it. I wouldn’t be caught dead in a naked dress. Do something else, create something else, something that’s your own. Rihanna has always had this. I think Lori Harvey has this too, she has something a lot of these other celebrity women just don’t have…a certain ‘’je ne sais quoi’’ It is not common so don’t lose it for anyone. Okay that’s all I’m done.
