He orchestrated the dismissal of Gaines and his team while making a grab of power from a fetal owner. He made some of the worst trades and signings in NFL history. Literally. He traded D-hop for a washed-up RB and a sack of potatoes. Funny he wouldn't mention his right-hand man in crime Jack Easterby who is literally a type of Cancer. To be a coach you need to have the players respect. When you have to negotiate their contracts and they dont like what you can offer because of what the people above you allow. It becomes an issue. Simple management. Thats why you have different positions in business and not just one boss for everything. The players began to resent him because he couldn’t just throw money at them.
