0:41 Not gonna lie, watching @mans1ay3r for years broke that dialog for me permanently.
Skyrim AND baldur’s gate music bro. this is my first video from this channel and I already know I’ll enjoy it!!
"No looting" That means the pay from the Companions and Dark Brotherhood radiant quests, got it
Really cool video, I enjoyed watching it while eating my spagetti. Loved the narration and roleplay aspects, I'll be checking out more videos from y'all
i think if u play the same game for years it's not bc the game is so gud (don't get me wrong skyrim is fantastic) but it might be a sign that u have the tism if u don't want to try newe things.... (i have the tism heh)
Should've helped Faendal
Why didn't you hire Faendal? If you side with him instead of Sven, you can hire him for free. He's an archer and way more useful in combat
"you can't plant a Giant's toe" Boy do I got a scary story for you (like actual 'scary story' it's in a book)
Sweet rolls are serious business! Definitely worth an execution c: Also, this is really cool. I might attempt this myself!
the music at 6:00 is divinity original sin 2
divinity original sin music is always majestic
We dont loot the chest in the dungeon becouse we are a regular guy. What is the regular guy doing in a dungeon to begin with?😂😂😂😂
Wood Chopping is funny to me because it also nets you experience and can ultimately make the game harder if you do it long enough, as you will lack actual skill experience, but still have increased base levels, meaning the world around you is scaled up and you're scaled down.
Where are you getting this "nets experience" from? Wood cutting doesn't offer any xp as no skills are affected by "actions"
@@sender0123 just core level experience. Always was the case from launch.
I really liked this video! The premise is super interesting.
This is such a great video. These games really are infinitely replayable
You could still have improved the Whiterun route by routing in the Drunken Huntsman directly across from Adrianne
Great vid!!!! What lighting mods are you using? Most of the ones i find make indoor spaces extremely dark and hard to see
I just enhanced lights and FX!
Dude ,you did it so the hard way. Missed free gold and made the more difficult potions.
18:05 It's not just in your head! Some of the items vendors sell are actual, physical items in the world nearby. If you purchase them, they won't reappear in the vendor's inventory until the cell resets (usually 10 days since your last visit). That means if you just wait 48 hours at one vendor, you'll only get the items that respawn in their chest inventory. Alchemists have a pretty significant number of ingredients on display, so it's especially noticeable with them.
Oh that’s really awesome to know. Thank you for confirming it and for watching :)
There is actually a Steam guide to smithing for profit. As you learned, it's not possible to buy materials and sell finished goods at a net profit early on due to the high ratio between buying and selling prices (initially nearly a ratio of 10). Instead, the guide recommends getting your own pelts and iron ore. If playing as a non-hunter, it's possible to buy hides (I recommend cow hide, it's the cheapest per-leather option) while doing honest work mining iron around Skyrim. You can mine iron in Left Hand Mine outside Markarth, Stonehills, Dawnstar, Whistling Mine south of Winterhold, and Shor's Stone (only with Unofficial Patch). Alternatively (if followers/pets to handle combat on the road is Unethical, or if taking ore from the owned mines for personal use is Unethical), chop firewood and pay for Smithing training, I guess. Eventually, your Speech and Smithing will be high enough to start buying materials and selling armor for profit. Or as a final alternative, there are still a few iron ore veins accessible in non-combat areas around the carriage cities.
This is awesome! I really wish I gave smithing more of a shot in this play through!
Ive always felt the Purify perk from Alchemy is a misstep, since having more effects makes a potion worth more. Ive never tested if the perk actually reduces value though
Bro your game look soooo crisp what you said you didnt use the creation club. Sooo no mods?? It’s heela clean and still got the vanilla look.
Yeah I used 3 mods! Enhanced light and FX. Vivid weathers definitive edition. It includes stuff like the skybox and the water, trees etc. then I just used a 4k texture pack. I can’t recall the name right now,it’s just the most popular one on mod nexus.
Flipping OldSkyrim
Funny enough I’ve never flipped in OSRS. I really should give it a shot now LMAO
Medesi in riften never goes to prison for the Theives guild quest , thats Brand- shay who you frame.
Going to the sky forge in whiterun would have made the court wizard worth going to sell stuff considering Smith's have a higher amount of money.
1.83k subs… too few… need more… You got this!!!
Invest in gear that lowers cost of illusion and alteration spells. Learn a spell that pacifies enemies. Run in to Halted Stream Camp, pacify all the bandits, grab the Transmute Ore spell book, run out of there. Learn Transmute Ore, then go in any Iron Ore mine and mine all the Iron ore you possibly can, then use transmute ore to turn those iron ore in to gold ore. Make Gold Ingots, create jewelry, with the jewels you get from mining. Sell ??? profit! Man I should have watched further. lol
I love how you used the word “pacify” made me actually laugh out loud.LMAOOOOO. Thank you for stopping by :)
You can also give 1 gold to a beggar to get another speechcraft buff
I guess it might not have made that much of a difference, but I know Ysolda and a few other spouses can bring in passive income. Could've helped with some additional coin while you were cycling through your routes.
Anything that cuts down the grind is welcome lol. Thank you for stopping by :)
"Rizzing Grannies for profit" is probably the wildest thing i've heard this year.
5:40 Sell wood to Saemills, and occasional inns/taverns, sell ores to different mines = how i made my 1st 10k in run # 369 and # 6969 😂
500 gold coins= plenty of hireable mercenaries around...
You can actually cut your own lumber for your house without paying. But it's kinda bugged so you need to ask permission from the lumber mill worker after each cut.
17:30 What map mod is that? Also, 28:06
Sorry! It’s not a map mod, I download a custom map image off of google for theses sections
It would be cool if there was a merchant economy function where you could trade goods at certain prices dependent on the region or merchant. Like trading in Fable 2 or the spice trade in Spore. Then again, I'd probably just spend all my time amassing enormous wealth and ignoring everything else.
Dude! This comment!! This was the inspiration for doing this run. I wanted to see if I could recreate that experience from fable into Skyrim. You’re awesome, thank you for stopping by :)
Divinity Original Sin as background music is a nice choice. 👍
Thank you :) one of my top 10!
The RuneScape music 😍
One of us! One of us!!
I like how Atriel became the first ethical millionaire in Skyrim by selling poison.
Paralysis potions for “self defense”. LMAO, thank you for watching :)
He's basically skyrims first pharmaceutical salesman
12:30 Bro forgot Jenassa at the Drunken Huntsman!
damn bg3 music fits great
You have great taste! Thanks stopping by :)
To be fair, I don't think you could even get Goldenhill Plantation, cuz you gotta kill ghosts to get it
Bulshit, mouse and keyboard are way way more comfortable. And since you doing it all on console this whole challenge doesn't count 🤦♂️🤮
It was on a PS5 controller on PC. Silly ass
You have an item, the gloves, that give you an alchemy buff. Why don't you make 2 potions alternately. Potion 1 increases the effect on magic items by x% and Potion 2 increases the effect of alchemy by x%. The ingredients of both potions can be found at dealers and also in Skyrim's nature. The fish you need can be found in lakes and rivers and the other things can also be collected or bought. If you alternate between brewing and using these potions, you will get infinitely powerful potions that are worth thousands of gold coins. So with a little passion for collecting and waiting a few times for 48 hours for the respawn you'll have a whopping 10000000000 coins ;D. And you can even speed things up because in the capital, with the two sisters in the shop, you can always find items that buff alchemy and thus increase the effect. Today I got both an amulet and a ring as well as a crown that increases alchemy.
I love this idea! You’re clearly passionate about Skyrim :). Thank you for stopping by!!!
i like the no loot rule, you just killed bandit, hell nah im not gonna take his gear, its full of giblets and piss n shit ew
13:44 I know that hole. There's an entrance to the room with equilibrium in that same pit.
Madesi doesn’t get sent to prison at the start of the thieves guild quest line, Brand-Shei does
If you had transmuted the iron ore to gold ore then made golden rings you would have been as good as gold
Also…what about the drunken huntsmen?
The fast waiting worked on 360 as well!!!
Paralysis potions about to become the new Skooma
The high isn’t nearly as fun tho, just locked in place for minutes as absolutely nothing happens
Sleep paralysis as a drug
btw i think you only need 1 iron ore for an iron ingot. it’s 2 for gold
