I feel like I relate to this so much. I’ve been pregnant at least once a year since 2019. Need to TRY to focus on my health after this baby comes earth side in a few weeks.

Was on wellbutrin and not very effective. I just started adderall 5mg yesterday and also 5mg of buspar. I took both and had my regular coffee. I felt spacey and had headache and started crying over nothing. Not sure if i should skip coffee or maybe cut adderall in half or leave buspar out....any thoughts would be appreciated.

With my daughter she was 3 weeks early and already a smaller baby. She could not latch and I had to pause all my dreams to BF my baby. I started pumping for her and continued for 3 months. I clogged everyday regardless of what I tried. Had to wean and switch to formula. The women that judge me for not literally torturing myself especially at the end when I started double clogging can all shove it. My baby girl is still growing and doing amazing. Fed is best.

I know the joy of giving breast milk to my NICU baby, the heartache of not giving it to him for allergies he had, the fear of being told they would place a g tube , the joy of taking him home without one and the stress of dealing with his picky eating and texture aversion with just my toddler....we all have different journeys enjoy the one you get to have which is the most sacred in my opinion... sending good vibes !!

Pumping helped me a more efficient mom while feeding baby the best option I can provide. Especially having a NICU baby. People will always have something to say and it’s so sad
