Thanks for the video. I’m interested in a patio villa in WellPoint and my Villages sales agent is supposed to be letting me know when some become available. I’m looking at a neighborhood that is not close to the highway and not close to the prison. I may need to take a quick trip to the TV to see in person. Haven’t been since March and WellPoint was empty then.

the problem will arise in 20 years. when TV ages, and the population will be very old. and the old folks vote down any HOA increases. Supporting that many Golf Courses and pools will be impossible.

It looks like TV are building more vinyl sided homes than the concrete and stucco ones. I drove around Moultrie Creek and it sure seemed that many of the homes for sale are vinyl sided. Your thoughts on that? I live out of state so I don't have the same vantage point as you do. Thanks for sharing.

Bouncy & crunchy, strange shaped leaves. As far as I know no one in Nebraska has Saint Augustine. I am slowly making my way south. Nebraska, Missouri, Arkansas & in 2 months, FLORIDA, The Villages. My Fiance' & I watch Village videos 1-3 hours every morning. We have subscribed to your channel & hope you keep the great content coming ! Will

Nice to see inside saluki., interesting combination of things to try. Does it seems a little small inside, with just 1 activity room, to support the number of homes being built nearby? The existing 13 regional rec centers with sports pools often have 30 minute wait long lines just to get into some of the sports pool activities. Spending time going to a sports pool, waiting in line for a while, only to find the event is filled can be frustrating. Maybe the villages can find a more efficient (less frustrating) way for residents to participate at the sports pools? With 20,000 thousands of homes approved & planned in the new areas around Eastport, is building just the Olympia regional center large enough to support all those homes and people? Thanks for making all the video and the info you share.

One realtor in TV pushes property as rental. Every other reference to the house is for “rental property”. I suggested she not do that. Not fair to permanent residents nor snowbirds. You probably know who she is. The only thing different about these houses is the model name. I saw one gorgeous house the other day. I think it was over $600K, but it is so nice. I’ll check out the address and paste it here. 2223 Westchester Way, TV FL. It’s very nicely done. $610k

Yes, these houses are all alike, but what more can you do with an open concept? I want 4 walls in my kitchen. This allows for more cabinets. I want a window over the sink and a dinette area with windows. The rest of the main living area can be open. Put the kitchen in the back behind the garage so you can have windows. You can still get to it thru the garage. You need all the light you can get in these little houses. While black and white is nice, black roofs in Florida are contraindicated because black absorbs heat. Your cooling costs may be higher. In addition, black roofs don’t have as long a life as lighter colored roofs. They rot. I like the newer style vinyl. It’s smooth, no little curves.
