Welcome to White Noise and Relaxation!
This channel was originally created for my pre-mature son Benjamin, who after weeks in the NICU, had issues with sleeping and concentrating! We wanted to create sounds and visuals that not only attract his attention and cause his to relax, but the same for others around the world who experience the same issue!
This channel has videos that can be used for relaxation, meditation, anxiety, and much more! Most of our videos are 8 hours and longer, so you can use them to relax peacefully. We hope you enjoy all that we have to offer!

What is White Noise, and How Can You Use it?
White Noise is basically a mixture of all the sounds that the human ear can hear, at one time. Its called white noise because it is similar to the way that white light is made, combining all of the color spectrum.
White noise is found in a lot of natural ways, like turning on a fan, the sounds of the ocean, the drops of rain on a roof, the sound of rolling thunder, oscillating fans, running mountain streams, and much more!
This is why white noise is the perfect sleep noise if you have difficulty sleeping. We have even added the black screen so that way all you have to focus on white noise and relaxation.

Im 15 and i stopped hearing at 17 i dont like hearing that well but i cant do anything abt it😢. I have a VERY sensitive hearing and school days with all that noise... i cant. + everyone is bullying me and saying things like "its not that loud stop putting ur hands in ur ear" 😭 i wish i could be homeschooled but my mom doesnt allow that😢
