To increase your chances of getting hired, then you must obtain your Type ratings such as an Airbus rating, and of course obtain more flight hours. If hindi nyo na po itutuloy ang BsAMT then pwede po kayo mag shift into other courses na offered ng PhilSCA, hindi nga lang po sa Aero Eng at BSAT, since ladderized or may heirarchy yung acceptance sa courses na ito. BSAT>>AeroEng>>AMT>>other courses (pwede ka magshift sa aeroeng kung bsat ka, shift to amt kung aero eng, so on so forth)
