You know I haven't gotten any first runs done yet with winter and all. So what's the deal with the chassis I still have yet to experience this. But I also know these bodies are gonna look hella good on a lowrider chassis 💯👍 thanks for watching bro
@@redwolfrc1.14 i do repairs for the local hobby shop plus i have 6 onroad cars myself and the kyosho chassis is the worst i've worked on nothing is adjustable its all plastic and not very strong plastic! Maybe i'm comparing it to my cars that are all carbon fiber and aluminum 3 to $400 chassis without bodies wheels or electronics but even most entry level cars are built better than the kyosho

I've got the Monte Carlo lowrider with 26ers and had to cut some of the rear chassis out, just a little bit wider than the tires and little bit to allow the length of the rim and had to adjust the endpoints so the tire won't hit the servo horns

I have one of these in white. I really wanted one in red or yellow. However, I bought this about 5 years ago, I think, at that time the white ones were the cheapest. I did disassemble mine and installed bearings. I do still have the original radio gear. My radio gear is like yours, it is at 27 MHz. If I wanted to drive this car I would need change out the radio gear. This would be easy to do. Thoughts?
I got a white one of these a few years ago. I really wanted a red one, but the white one was much cheaper on eBay. Mine is a ready to run but has an old 27 Mghz transmitter. If I wanted to run it I would need to change out the radio gear. That is not very hard to do. I did disassemble my car to install bearings. Thoughts?

@@redwolfrc1.14 The yellow body that I have was painted better than what Tamiya does. This body actually has the panel lines done in paint. The bad news is the yellow was backed in black which makes the yellow look darker. Thoughts?
