why u in maintaince cost just post the differnce if closed or if open, 14600 is the maintaince cost at 90% . 4000 is the fixed cost we have to pay it all cost if we open the hotel or not. differnce between 14600 and 4000 is= 10600 ,,u just post it as incremental it is the variable(10600) cost at 90% occupancy rate, now the occupancy rate is 50% so 10600/90*50=5889 5889 i think is the right answer
