The spacer ring in the video is 1.5MM thick, the spacer ring you receive is 3MM thick, so you don't need another ring. Regarding the metal-colored ring, it is better you add at the top.

@@100gsmarttech4 thank you for the Information. Unfortunately the 3mm ring isn't sufficient. I need 3.3-3.5 mm for the new Cassette to fit firmly. That is why I was wondering about the extra ring in the video. I bought extra spacer rings at Amazon and now everything is fine. I have the e-bike kit on a foldable Dahon bike and I'm extremely satisfied with it. The single cable setup with sensor in the motor and controller in the battery holder is unique. At some you may be able to add a torque sensor in the motor as well.

@@100gsmarttech4 Sorry, but no, the extra ring on top is larger than the base circle of the smallest cog. So what it did, it pushed the chain out of the cog every half rotation. I was about to order a new cassette, although I already had a brand new one mounted. The rings you provide are really crap, their diameters are too large and thickness minimally too thin. On top of that, because of the mounting and unmounting I screwed-up my sensor, luckily I ordered a second one. So 15 dollars for the extra sensor, a I ordered set of rings in different sizes for 10 dollars at Amazon. Do yourselves a favour and provide your customers with proper rings. With those, the kit is perfect.

Unfortunately, every time it rains, the display broke down and the last time it caught fire, putting the safety of myself and the people next to me at serious risk. A bike that can't be ridden while it's raining is useless nonsense.

This battery case is supplied to the battery factory. Batteries are available in 24V, 36V and 48V mode, so the battery factory can set the corresponding voltage mode on our battery box.

At first Mr Roanfu said that there was a problem with the battery, and after confirming this by video conference, it was found that the battery had been subjected to a large impact, and several large dents had appeared, hence the problem with the battery. Later, Mr Roanfu purchased another battery, but there was a waterproofing problem. This problem was analysed and confirmed to be due to the fact that the waterproofing gasket was indented into the threads, resulting in a weakening of the waterproofing performance, which is a very small probability, but it is indeed a problem with our products. As a technical company, we do not avoid problems and we actively solve them. We have made improvements and enhancements in subsequent production to solve this problem. We also contacted Mr Roanfu and sent a new battery cover. But after sending the battery cover and controller several times, each time a different strange problem (not a waterproof problem) occurred. After our engineer's analysis and suggestion, in order to prevent the problem from happening again and hopefully solve Mr Roanfu's problem once and for all, we contacted Mr Roanfu to send back the previously damaged battery cover and controller, and then send the repair parts after we have a solution from our side after we have analysed the problem. No need to replace inner part, just replace the whole battery. Bottle case is cheap.
