Okay having stayed there for 2 months, this is not a nice area, I have lived on and off in the Philippines since 1987, HORIZON I will explain, and I have videos to back this up, the area surrounded the 2 condo towers. There is a 7/11 at the bottom of the 2 towers, and a seating area, the TRAFFIC built up there is BREATHTAKING and non stop with the loud noise and POLLUTION bellowing out, you will need a face mask, so you sit there then it begins children beggars and selling small towels 3 or 4 at a time, they take turns every 5 minutes non stop, then beggars, the condo guard SOMETIMES shoo them away and laugh, but they all know each other it is a game. so no peace there at all, the paths/sidewalks you have to TRY and negotiate are risky with cables hanging down wooden poles and metal bars in the middle of the walkways and open SMELL sewer broken concrete covers, both way outside the HORIZON, At night if you want a walk PROSTITUTES LADYBOYS, near every 100yards asking you for business, then more beggars holding there hands out, children families sleeping on cardboard boxes you have to negotiate around them otherwise you could step on them, pickpockets/thieves watching you as you walk along, welcome to the REAL, the HEAT is over powering combines with the vehicle pollution, PLEASE-PLEASE avoid going to the HORIZON condos ...forget the fancy videos and advertising, at least you have been WARNED now , Ray in the UK thank God..

what I amazed you. You diligently inspect every single detail of the unit which is I love it. That what I need. You asked everything beyond your knowledge and experienced. We/I need someone like you. Looking forward soon to do business with you. I want to see all your other properties. To share with you my experienced, I had to cancel my last property I invested. Because they lost my trust and confidence on them. Very disappointed because after you consistently paying no missed for 3 years, just like they promised after 3 years they will start building on it or the property are soon RTO. Unfortunately, when I check the location no building to show even started. Until they told me it needs another 2 years to wait to build. They blame the pandemic of it. LOL... funny because I saw plenty buildings working on during those time. It hard to trust developer nowadays. I am afraid to invest in again to a wrong people. I hope you're not one of them.
