    As a runner who is training for a marathon, these foam rollers czcams.com/users/postUgkx9XSsjzA4f84VmhBCHlyhec7XILIxennL are really good for sore and tight muscles. This one is a good size (mine is the purple, 36 inches) not too big but big enough to work and roll both my legs at the same time - I took a photo holding the roller next to me just to provide a better representation of its size. I noticed some reviewers who complained that this is, “just a foam noodle”… and yes, that’s exactly what it is. It’s a high density foam roller. It is absolutely NOT the same consistency/strength/durability/ or texture as a ‘pool noodle’ thought and I disagree entirely with those that say so. As a former collegiate athlete and marathon runner, I’m comfortably giving this roller 5 stars. It’s lightweight and durable and does just what I need it to do at a budget-friendly price. Overall, I have no complaints and am happy with it!

    Can this help with loss of lumbar lordosis? I have flat back so mid back has taken the hit from a poor low back. And due to slouching, upper back got doomed. Vicious.

    Thank you for the sharing! I am wondering that there are abs and guts between the ball and the psoas muscle. The abs should be fine, but is it ok to put pressure on guts?

    Wow, I broke my sacrum in 2007, and since I've been experiencing pain in my (and all my back). When I sit for so long, or I lay back on a hard ground, or walk, I experience some pain in this area. This massage helped me to target very well this area! I have seen so many therapists but almost none of them is able to target this area and now I feel so much relief, I will try to do this daily, thank you sooo much for this very simple yet very effective massage. I feel I can now have some hope to mobilize myself!

    I've been dealing with diffuse / nebulous pain around my lower back, right hip, groin area . I have a degree in Exercise Phys and am a certified strength and conditioning coach. One by one I tried releasing trigger points in muscles that refer pain to these areas... THIS was the technique that gave me almost IMMEDIATE relief. I was worried I had herniated discs or a torn hip labrum or something. This made me feel MUCH better. Thanks so much for the video!

    Excellent tutorial 👌 👍My question is.....I have some degenerative disc conditions in my lumbar region ,in addition to curvature of the disc connections to the S I joint. Would the roller use be a safe choice?

    So many other doctors say not to roll the lumbar area. The conflicting information is confusing. I use the roller statically under the lumbar area to put the improve the curve.

    I had sciatica pain radiating from lower back all the way down my right leg for month. I lost a job because of this couldn't sit for long or stand for long and couldn't sleep so I would be late. I finally went to physical therapy and she tought me the first stretch you do and with in half a day the pain was gone. Now I do these stretches 3 to 4 times a week to make sure I never go through that again

    Not gonna lie, when the video started and I saw you seated I laughed as I was expecting you laying down immediately. Idk why but that was my first thought and I just wanted to share it just because. Honestly this video was EXCELLENT. Very informative and I like how you went step by step.
