My buddy does this, you know why he has to keep a job, because if doesnt rent out 4 of those houses for whatever reasons that crop up, he is down 2800 a month ! His job pays roughly 2400 a month, so he said its not a good way to live, give it 25 years if its paid off, good position, but i dont want to shit myself for 25 years, i want an asshole left. strategic property investments gtfoh
that's why its important to research any area before investing then you wouldn't have to be in a hole all the time. best to get educated.
