12V Compressor Air leaking test
If we find that the compressor gauge can't rise the high pressure air as expected.
1. We need to tighten the air release screw first. Then test the filling hose air leaking or not.
12V compressor has 2 air release screw ( one is at the bottom of the compressor)//// Most of other models of compressor only have one air release screw.
2. At the same time we need to aware of other connections with air leaking. Espeically every CONNECTIONS ( Like burst disc, air output adaptors etc. sometimes the air tubeconnections will losen due to shipping vibration. some countries shipping express is not so good ) With soapy water or soft tissue to test it.
3. We also can do like this: No air leaking at every connections situation. Don't connect anything, to feel the end of the filling hose hole. If it not any air output from the filling hose hole. At this time we can consider the inner parts problem finally.

Компания в 2024 году внесла значительные изменения: 1 винты крепления крышки корпуса теперь торкс. Отлично теперь крест не разбивается. 2 корпус кривошипа стал не штампованно сварной, а литой. Что улучшило охлаждение. 3 лучше стали соединительные контакты силовых проводов. В 2023 было много брака по обжимке. 4 установлен более качественный и информативный манометр. Теперь минусы: 1 в редукторе понижения оборотов все так же мало смазки. Перед работой необходимо добавить. 2 стало совсем мало смазки в кривошипе. Добавить максимально густой консистентной смазки Как всегда после активной закачки необходимо обязательно вскрыть и просушить фильтр осушитель первой ступени. Это либо закачка колбы 0.5 либо несколько закачек винтовок 3-4. После отключения необходимо открыв оба винта полностью дать компрессору поработать до понижения температуры до 32-34 градусов работая на холостую потом можно отключать оставив работать вентилятор. Перед началом закачки в отверстие воздухозаборника 2-3 капли силиконовой смазки. Смазку желательно использовать вязкостью 100-200 не выше иначе будет "гореть" ( появится черный налет на фильтре в осушителе 1 ступени. ПМС-100 идеально. Не перегревайте свой компрессор выше 55 градусов. Не качайте балоны 6.7 литра колба 0.5 для него предел 1 литр за 3-4 захода с полным охлаждением и сбросом давления в компрессоре и обязательной смазкой. И он прослужит вам верой и правдой долго.

if there is water and oil coming out through the air release screw, it is normal. remember use the filter to purify oil-water.
@@TuxingCN it is not from the air release screw. The water is coming from the hose after the air filter. I already replace with new air filter

Is it really safe to use standard car motor oil (synthetic 5-40)? All high pressure compressors use special oil so this seems really strange.
Most of people use Royal purple brand (Synfilm recip.100) and it is the highly recommend oil
