Definition War: Somnambulism vs Solipsism
Hello, everyone. I had a little trouble between these two words: Somnambulism and Solipsism. I often get these two mixed up. They're not related in any way, by definition, but they do have a similar sound and character and it can be easy to confuse the two. For your benefit, I am consulting the holy scrolls of Google and determining the prophecy of eternal light. I hope you enjoy this video.

The balancing part in the middle was especially hard, but I got through it.

    Gangstalking is a psychological torture method to get the individual to confess to their crime(s) and or punish them when there is insufficient evidence to put them away. It occurs when you are not trusted by the government or rumors circulate amongst your community that deem you 'dangerous', and unfit for their mindless society but most importantly if you have or are assumed of commiting a serious crime (ie. Terrorism, Paedophillia, Espionage, etc.). How you solve it? Move, if you are living alone and have the money or endure it and in a few years it will level out. Another solution is by joining a religion and getting really invested into one by establishing relations with the community so they can vouch for you. Another suggestion is similar to the prior but could be seriously life altering and is by joining the LGBTQ+, safe bet transitioning. Why most of them are schitzos are because these fiends turn these targetted individuals into one, ultimately having the individuals confess to their crimes or render them unstable so they can be pushed to get help potentially satisfying the fiends responsible for this inhumane act feel as if they have suceeded in getting the justice they sought out for. My experience are mentally ill minorities who were groomed by the racist whites (and heavy beneficiaries from foreign influences, racially motivating whites and colored individuals) into turning against certain individuals of ethnic background or even their own (they are literal pets to them). You speak about it, you're immediately dismissed as crazy and are urged to seek help. It is to keep it anonymous so this method can still be used as it is the most effective (even though is inhumane). Since I was 13/14 they were trying to pass me off as some terrorist then as I aged they tried to pass me off as a paedophile. I could get technical to make a lot more sense, but that would take too long and I think this basic information is enough for people to understand it. It is as real as MK Ultra, these fiends are getting real good at acting (maybe because they are sub-human, and lack any bit of humanity besides their physical state) and some can argue being the dark side of 'humanity', but in this day if someone lacks the understanding, the empathy-sympathy and don't want to let law & order do its job, then you got here is a blood thirsty sub-human psychopath getting aroused for another's demise...

    I got an official IQ score of 105, which I believe is still pretty average, and was just a small part of a full psych evaluation that I had recently. Looking at the different tests that they used to determine that, I had high average or even superior scores on certain sections, but I also had plenty of low average or even "borderline impaired" results in other sections. I've been told I'm smart my whole life and was pushed down the path of engineering just because I never had any direction of my own, yet the further I got into it, the more I just got overwhelmed and felt like I couldn't keep up at all with the other students who were ACTUALLY smart. Doesn't help that I've also been terrible socially even since I was a very young kid, which was a huge downfall of mine in a college setting where you really rely on study groups and homework groups to get you through. I'm still working through this right now, with depression actually being my biggest enemy. But I am optimistic that I will come out on the other side of all this with something that I actually enjoy and I'm good at, whether it's engineering or not anymore. I think its important to understand that IQ is the average of MANY different abilities, and just because you're not the best at some, doesn't mean that you can't also be amazing in some other sections at the same time. You just have to find what YOU are good at and have passion for. Everyone is different, and so of course everyone has a different path to get to where they want to be.

    ITT a bunch of people with low IQ scores telling themselves IQ is completely uncorrelated with intelligence. As imperfect as IQ is, you will not find anyone with a score of 95 doing groundbreaking science or mathematics. People in here are talking about how IQ "just measures pattern recognition ability".. all of intelligence is pattern recognition. I will say, I like this guy's realistic outlook. And would add that there is such a thing as "fluid intelligence" meaning--like a muscle--if you exercise your brain, you will gain intelligence to an extent. At the same time, over the past century or so intelligence has apparently risen (called the Flynn effect).. as a result, if you take an IQ test and then another 10 years later, it will typically have dropped because the tests are designed such that 100 is always the average.. so we are always becoming less intelligent relative to the general population as we age (not even factoring in cognitive decline.. wherein you are actually becoming less intelligent relative to your younger self).. although this effect may be falling off or even reversing in some countries.

      @Battleganz the relationship between IQ and intelligence sort of breaks down at extreme levels of wealth. I think hoarding that much money has more to do with luck and willingness to engage in unsavory/unethical conduct. Maybe your factory can gain an edge over the one down the road if you dump chemicals into a river and bribe a regulatory agent instead of paying for disposal.. then once you have that edge, you buy your competition out, rinse and repeat (unfortunately you are rinsing with carcinogens now that the river has been polluted, but that's neither here nor there). I.Q. test is a perspective challenge. It challenges you on how many ways you can see a problem, then asks you to provide the solution. The more perspectives you can take on the problem, the higher your base I.Q. will be because you will be able to see the answer faster. So many people mistake I.Q. for memorization. Memorization has nothing to do with I.Q. as it does not challenge your ability to see solutions from multiple angles. This is the difference of how a geniuses get through school and how the average person gets through school. A genius will not memorize anything, but naturally see the solution as they can see the solutions from may different perspectives. The average person must memorize the formulas and follow them to a tee, or get lost in the process. It is far FAR more powerful to see solutions from multiple perspectives as you will be able to engineer your own formulas for solving the problems from far more basic concepts. This is why most average people find proof writing so hard. There is no formula for a specific proof, you must be able to see the problem from many perspectives and be able to reverse engineer the solution back into the problem.

    Take IQ scores with a grain of salt. First, test taking is a skill, and if you haven't taken a test in school for awhile, you might be a bit rusty no how smart you are. Second, the IQs are reweighted every year because the average IQ is going up. 95 today might have been 110 fifteen years ago. Third, in regards to race, I think it's mostly correlated with income. If you correct for income IQs more or less equalize. To be honest, I don't think you want to join MENSA even if you had gotten a high scores. MENSA doesn't buy you any real opportunities, it's a place for people to hang out and jerk each other off about how smart they are. It's a rubber-stamp organization for bragging rights, and really nothing more. I think art supplies would probably be a better investment than MENSA, even if the art doesn't go anywhere. Also, just an FYI, professional drawing tablets are relatively cheap nowadays. A used Huion all in one drawing tablet can be had on eBay for about $100. This isn't meant to be directed at you, but to me it's an instant indicator of low intellect if someone shows off having a high iq or puts any weight behind IQ's. IQ is a pseudoscientific measure of pattern recognition, pattern recognition is a skill so simple it can be done by insects. it in no way determines your "intelligence" as there is no scientific paradigm for intelligence other than the ability to learn new skills (which is a rather vague definition). one of the most obvious faults with IQ tests is that if you ever work with them you are disqualified from taking them as you will do "too good", Mensa employees would be unable to take an IQ test as they would likely get max marks, not because they are intelligent but because they know the patterns to look for in IQ tests. your articulate voice and speech patterns show me that you are very much an intelligent person, you've saved yourself a huge amount of time and money by ignoring Mensa. My experience with the organisation has been that its kind of just a trashy money sink for people who want to sound smart.

      IQ is the strongest correlate with life success. Life success i.e academic achievement, financial success and even age. It’s not pseudoscientific. There might be a better way to test and quantify but what we have right now is good.

    • @Rayblov
      @Rayblov Před 2 měsíci

      @@animaniacs538 no it really isn't, the correlation coefficient between iq and income is around 0.23 which is pretty weak. a much stronger correlation would be parental wealth. It is pseudoscientific as it lacks any of the rigor required to be scientific: it is correlational rather than causational and we have no way of understanding how accurate it is. Futher, IQ tests were developed in the late 19th century long before psychology was anything close to a scientific discipline. It was made by white men, for white men and so lacks cutural or gender generalisability.

    Classic IQ test is more like -problem solving capability test-, can be improved upon when retaking and doesn't measure other kinds of IQ there are like emotional intelligence etc. Generally everyone scores differently ex. Mine is like 173 but my emotional intelligence in on par with an elementary school child, and im 23 :/

      @@iancrawford4831 I honestly feel dumber and dumber every day and sometimes regret my choices in life in the way that a lot of people would do something more useful with it. Im in my 3rd year of my art academia and from what i noticed in general through my whole life is that no concept was ever confusing or hard for me to do. I used to go to math competitions when i was younger, but the older i got the more i liked art. I've also learnt to play some instruments like guitar or that ive learnt english as my second language in way less time than it usually takes. It generally made me a prodigy of sorts in a way that i can do everything. The problem is that my parents divorced when i was young and my very abusive mother just didn't care, so i kinda never used the intelligence i have in an "intentional" way. I can tell you that i am really good at art but i also know what i lack and how much i need to improve as well. Im always self aware to the point that i spend the whole day actively overthinking everything. It's kinda useful because ive predicted the "future" so many time because of just strong fucking intuition. I feel like in the art world that ive seen a lot of artists that are talented, or smart, or hardworking but without all three its meaningless to pursue it as a career. Ill just trust my professors when they say that im work wise way above my peers. Sorry if my comment is too long, id have much more to say. But in conclusion i think receiving feedback regardless of how "intelligent" someone is, and how life happens in general is something you can't avoid to affect you. Sometimes not overthinking has given me better results than opposite. Ive honestly just learned to kinda relax in a way that i can do whatever i want and the choices i make are right because I've made them for myself.

    You can't determine your "IQ" using an online test, it's only an estimation based on time taken to answer each question correctly! Additionally, even if your presented IQ was actually below or near the average success is almost entirely determined by persistence and ability to distinguish yourself uniquely among others. Please don't feel discouraged by an online score or IQ score at all, a lot of people will see that and stop trying under the assumption that it's pointless. You seem very wise and well spoken, which alone can get you quite far. Wish you the best, good luck!

      Also, again I just went and watched your prior video on the same topic and would highly advise against Mensa as a corporation in general. They will inflate "IQ" scores often to convince people that they are special to convince them to pay for higher "Mensa" testing. The entire concept is a sham in general, when I was younger I was taken to get an in-person test and scored an "exceptionally gifted" score which gave me the option of paying thousands of dollars to be placed in what is a essentially a leaderboard. Don't buy into it, it'll only bring you stress in your future. I hope you continue to view yourself as the intelligent being you are!

    IQ is just your ability to think good, not intelligence. you can have 120 IQ and be dumb ass hell if you learn dumb as hell things, flat earthers believe something dumb but that doesn't mean that there IQ is low yes the average is probably low but there will be smart people that believe it. why? because there dumb (and believe there smart). IQ is defiantly a factor but it is not the complete sum of intelligence, so lets say you have a smart person for a 13 year old and they think there smart, then they age and don't get that much smarter that means for a 20 year old there not actually that smart anymore. believing your smart can sometimes make you believe you cannot be wrong or you don't need to be smarter because your already smart which can make growing intellectually impossible even with high IQ. ever wonder why most really really smart people think there dumb? It's because knowing you can improve makes you smarter so know your dumb, know I'm dumb, know everyone is dumb and that you can improve will make you as smart as you can be for your IQ. So don't be smart just know your dumb.
