I purchased the EGR Rolltrac in December 2023 for my new 2024 Chevy Silverado 1500 High Country. It is a beautiful, well engineered, and well built unit. However, the wiring instructions provided did not match the wiring components for my truck as I am pretty sure the instructions for the 2023 model. EGR tech support could not, and as of this writing at the end of January, has not yet provided an accurate detailed wiring instruction to integrate the units electronics with the electronics in my truck. Please be aware of this issue before making a purchase of this product.

I have been searching for a secure and water tight tonneau cover. All of them that I have seen can be opened very easily and they all leaked until I saw your video. I searched out as much info as I could on this EGR Rolltrak Tonneau cover and I decided to buy one. I installed it over the weekend which was more complex to install than the competition but not difficult. I added Rhino rack bars in the tracks that are a few inches above the lid. The look is very clean and awesome. Because of your video I bought one and I am very pleased. Thank you so much. 2021 RAM Laramie Sport.

If it's not made for every truck it's not the greatest? One.

This install would be a lot easier with two people. The end nuts don't secure very well to the hood. I would suggest anyone that installs this piece spread a sheet over the engine compartment as two of the screws I attempted to attach the deflector with slipped loose and fell into the engine area. I found one but not the other so I had to make another screw temporarily work for now. I would also suggest that EGR supply at least one spare just in case. How much could that cost, a Nickle at most? Haven't had it on for but a few hours to know if it is even going to work or not. Actually tried to order this and the window deflectors straight from EGR and their site wouldn't take my money.

Will the rubber seal stay in place to avoid scratching of paint? Can you run a bead of silicone on the edge that contacts the truck?

How do I get the correct size fasteners that are placed into the holes? The ones I received with my EGR Matte Super Guard Hood Shield were way to small for my 2022 Ram 1500 Crew Cab.

I love these visors but I have an issue with the fronts. The resistance sensor of the f150 window motors causes the windows to jump back down when i try to close back down. Is there a fix for this?
