Why do people have to fight in these comments? It’s a full on war between beatles fans and beach boy fans. Can’t we just acknowledge how they inspired each other to be better musicians? Or you can like neither of them, it doesn’t matter. People want to make a case for who is objectively better, and argue themselves into looking like an asshat. Music is something you connect to, or not. There’s no need to compare. There’s no need to shove your tastes down someone else’s throat and tell them that what they prefer is wrong.

This was/is a great documentary on the BB's. I think it's better than the one that Disney just did. I could've done without some of the celebrity comments, but overall this is quite good.

Good documentary but you could have cut about 30 minutes out by not playing half the songs in their entirety and just stuck to their story.

The 60's were the wonder years and the Beach Boys were the most wonderful !

Surfer Girl was the song that captured my heart for life and stills holds it- there is no song I love more-inspite of the multi millions!

This is still the best documentary about the Beach Boys. They talk a lot more about the post Pet Sounds era then the Disney plus documentary.

The Beach Boys and especially Brian Wilson has saved my life. I was severely depressed most of my life. I attempted to take my life years ago, which fortunately failed. During my recovery, which was in a recovery hospital for a month. During my time there, I learned a lot about myself. I listened to a lot of the Beach Boys hits, while I was there. So many of their songs gave me such positive vibes. I will forever be grateful for Brain and the Beach Boys and all their beautiful songs, that have saved my life and gave me a new perspective on life.
