I'd rather just see the items in the store without the commentary. The aspect ratio for the video is off.

I'm confused. You walked a model and showed furnishings that you may not even get into the store? My feedback is this. There are many youtube channels that show model homes but I think many of us that are subscribed to your channel watch to see if there is anything in store that we want to run down and pickup today, tomorrow, this week, order online/over phone, etc. Seeing what is actually in store is a good use of the consumers time. Showing things that you may not even get in store is not. I will stay subscribed as long as you continue showing what is actually in store. Otherwise, I will have to unsubscribe and just stop in every once in a while instead of making a special trip.
Hi Tamara! Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our team is packing up this model this week, so we will be receiving a majority of the items shown in the video. However, it is common practice for the builders to pull some items that they want to reuse for other projects. We have no control over what items they pull and often don’t know which pieces they take until our crew arrives to start packing. We hope you still find this content useful!

I LIVE for your video's! I wish you would open a store in California! Small request - please don't twirl when shooting them! We're trying to see the furniture and really don't care much about the "artistic" camera shots! It would make it so much easier to watch! Thanks and keep up the great quality of merchandise! My friends and I enjoy our next road trip to Phoenix to purchase MORE!

Prices are extremely high. This is second hand furniture and some of it damaged. Don’t expect a bargain if you go there.
