The display control button located on the left side of the e-bike handlebar is used to enter the password. When the screen displays [18P], four values will appear at the bottom. Yes it comes with a password. Nice bike, until you need help from customer service, you email some guy in China and he gives you the typical stall tactic, avoiding questions, then completely ignores you. I wouldn’t buy another one, CS sucks.
