My eating habits have gone to sh*t, too. Thank you for your videos. I've been practicing some guided meditations and they have helped, but this morning I woke up very angry and could hardly meditate. So it's steps forward and steps backward... just doing one step at a time, that's my mantra

Thank you for your kind messages .... these last few months (or years) have been rough on me personally. According to a couple of spiritual coaches I know, there have been a lot of people going through separations -- whether it's a divorce, losing a job, losing a home, losing friends -- and there's a lot of sorrow in the collective. I went to my local energy healer a while ago and asked if there might be a reason why I've been waking up crying, if I was releasing stuff ... she said a lot of people have been coming to her with the same issue, and it's in the collective. It's important to nurture oneself right now.
