Those are jumpsuits used by university/university of applied sciences students. Different colours imply what guild, faculty and/or school the owner belongs to. There are dozens of different jumpsuits as every school has it's own. Those patches in the suits are normally collected from student days/booze cruise exc. (Thanks @kanervatie)
