Hi dear. If your linking your bank account or withdrawing for the first time and Luno doesn't link it when you deposit as you demonstrated but shows another bank you don't know and rejects your own bank account how do you solve that
You are a good teacher, thanks you, I have a little problem, Is there any way one can change his or her existing email address on Luno to another email address. Please do educate me on that if is possible. Thank you.

Hello, I am having trouble withdrawing my money from Luno. However, I used the same bank account to deposit money into Luno….but it says that my bank account number is invalid? How do I fix this ?

Hi, I tried to deposit GBP from my Monzo account into my Luno account several times but the transaction didn't go through. What might be the issue?
Hey, that could be for whatever reason but one of the likely issue is that maybe you aren't coping the reference from luno to your bank acct correctly ,,,I experience that once and wasn't corrected for about 4weeks before I notice,,,I actually tried other banks then and worked,,but when I notice and foundout that it was issue of my unique reference no been incorrect in monzo then I corrected it and everything worked fine

Please can one withdraw immediately after uploading kyc and it says verification complete?
Yes once your kyc is completed and you have your wallet adress linked, you can proceed to withdraw.. Hope this helps
I try to deposit it the money but I say this feature is not available in your country but I live in uk
Hi surriya,, I will advice you check the setting of your wallet adress be it luno, coinbase etc... Look at your chosen resident country it might have automatically chosen a country outside UK.. A friend of mine experienced that before..i hope this helps. Cheers

It's might be your bank doesn't support it,.. if you have another bank try send it thru it.. Cheers

Not sure about Halifax,,, if possible for you to try linking other banks that might be OK

Hi mate when i press send on my luno wallet to pgi its saying enable ,then asks for code but no box to put the long code from pgi
@dazzi's house... You have to go to profile and the settings to enable send,, after that luno will notify you that you can send btc after 24hrs, so following day after enabling send you can send bitcoin to pgi...you will then be able to see the box to type in long code and amount needed to send. Hope this helps, All the best
Please I learnt from one of your videos to create a wallet address to receive my bitcoin from PGI, which I did. I have done a withdrawal from PGI and its successful but I can not see it in my wallet in luno. Could you please help me.

@@ellenappiagyei2373 if you have just made the withdrawal from pgi, pls wait for up to 10to14days and you will see it in your wallet, it might come earlier but 14days machine is advisable to wait for, once its sent pgi will notify u with an email and luno aswell will send u a notification of receipt.I hope this helps.
