Aired May 24, 1988 on KING-TV's program, "Evening Magazine," in Seattle Reporter: Enrique Cerna Producer/Photographer/Editor: Ralph Bevins Belinda Carlisle was very friendly at the time of the interview, but also seemed a bit shy. Incidentally, I thought the story was lost, but then found an old VHS tape with the recording on it a year ago. So quality isn't the best but just glad it survived!

Thanks to Jim Dever for capturing this compelling, mostly embarrassing, behind the scenes footage. Working with Dolly Parton was a career highlight, for sure!

He can seem an arrogant asshole but he's misunderstood I think, his comedy stand up style was always life observations so he's always seeing the nonsense in "normality" I.e scribbling his name on paper
