    Two important facts: first, prednisone cannot treat IGA nephropathy. I took 30 mg for 6 months and my proteinuria from 1000 mgdl went down to 700 mgdl but when I stopped prednisone my proteinuria went up to 1500 mgdl within three months second, covid vaccination can cause IGA nephropathy
