Pretty sure this has been tuned up after recording. It’s amazing but this is original key, and they never played any priest songs in original key with owens. Would’ve taken a whole lot of messing around with guitar tuning etc.

Ian Hill is a fantastic bass player. As the music got heavier and focused more on the guitars, Ian took a back seat and often times is just holding everything down on the back end with some solid root note playing. But his real expressions in his playing were on display with JP’s works from British Steel and older. You really found his tone on that song and loved seeing the Spector Bass. Which Ian began playing in the later years. Nice Job!👍🏻
