Range Roads have attractive pricing but you only get what you pay for. May be ok for a beginner but unless you know how to weld and can beef it up, it sure is weak and wobbly and will drive you nuts.

Would a sewing machine that just does straight stitches work? Or do the edges of the materials need to be wrapped by the stitch?

I shoot 235g Eldm out of my 300Rum. H1000 and yes I shoot it with a brake. Without it’s just plain stupid. I haven’t found a single person that’ll shoot it twice without the brake. Everyone says nah I’m good lol

New to your channel. When I use to trap with my vehicle I never walked in as far as your going ? Far too much time eaten up. Also the Marin are Full of Fleas: don’t want your labs getting them on or you have a Real problem. I would put Boxes higher up in the trees ; when their caught are at least 3 feet of the ground( end of tail)Put a log up to the tree for them to run up. Mail it or wire it..

Pole Set, i thought your cat would flying at the top of a pole. Andrew of The Wild North had a set that had a snare on the end of a pole. But the pole had a counter balance, so when the cat struggled, the toggle released and the cat hung 10ft off the ground, so the wolves and wwolverine couldn't eat it. Another benefit was the cats hung straight, so they fit in his sled better. He has a video, showing how to set it up.

If you use quick links between your snare & extention, you don't need cable cutters. Just remove the snare that caught, and replace it with a new one. Once used, the snares are toast anyway, so you can remove the snares when you get home.
