It paused at 1:52:40 for me for some reason and i didnt shift but i had a pretty vivid dream and slept really well despite barely reaching 8hrs tbh (ill download it so i can play it all night properly and update tmr)

Is it weird to anyone where one moment they're doing the breaths, then the next moment you're hearing "butterflies" and you've gone from 5 minutes to 20 minutes suddenly instantly, like not even exaggerating. I assume it's just falling asleep but still

I literally shifted!!! i just came back from my dr, i shifted for the very first time tonight! It was so so so easy! All i did was visualised myself in Haunting Adeline book by HD Carlton as Adeline, i was Adeline myself, I woke up in my bed and it was dark, but I saw Zade Meadows at the corner of my room!!! It literally worked I'm not even joking! I spend what like 5 years there and in my current reality it had only been 5 seconds (as per my script) I'm not even affirmating this, i really did shift holy shit!!! I'm so freaking happy!!
