    I have been asked about the positioning of the lap belt (no shoulder belt available). Should the lap belt come under the armrests so that it sits against the pelvis or over the top of the armrests and stomach?

    Hi do you have to tilt the seat back onto the wheels to move its position along the rail, or can you pull/drag the seat like your t-bar fixings? Thinking for a rock n roll bed, tilting it backwards may be a bit heavy and awkward - would rather drag if possible!

    can you slide the seat back and forth in the rail rather than lifting out to place in a different position?

    • @BraunAbilityEurope
      @BraunAbilityEurope Před 2 lety

      You don't have to lift the seat but you will have to tilt it backwards before you can roll it in the tracks to a different position. If this is a dealbreaker for you, we recommend our TwinLock or Standard Lockable, both will let you slide the seat without lifting it.

    Can these fit on any seat? Did you use L Tract in the floor? Thanks.

    • @BraunAbilityEurope
      @BraunAbilityEurope Před 2 lety

      - No, the seat locker is designed to fit most M1/M2 seats that are manufactured for use in minibuses, patient transfer vehicles and buses. They are not designed to fit standard seats that are made by the original equipment manufacturer. - No, we did not use L Tract. The Seat Locker is designed to be used with our own floors Innotrax and Spacefloor or rails.

    • @lincolndave1966able
      @lincolndave1966able Před 2 lety

      Lol, you cant. Once this system has been installed that's it, because its bonded in it will be almost impossible to remove without causing significant damage to the base vehicle. I am trying to remove some from a vehicle. Firstly all the hex bolts that have been used just round off when any pressure is applied. Thats issue number 1. After i have finnished drilling them all out the issue of the bonding has to be addressed. I am at a loss of how to go about prizing the bonded alloy unwin decking board up without damaging the vehicle floor.

      Hi Stephen. We are sorry that you feel uncomfortable travelling with our home and away harness fitted on. We cannot advise you to take the seat belt off but we would recommend that you speak to your mum and your school to try and find a solution which is suitable for everyone concerned. Kind regards.
